Hello Denise, thank you for sharing awesome tutorial. I obtained semilandmarks by ImageJ, controlled by each specimens centroid as reference point. Do you have any idea how to convert my dataset into .tps file format? my data has 3 information each row. IDsample, X and Y (2 dimension). i collect 26 semilandmarks for each specimen (thus it records X1, Y1...X26, Y26).

Thank you, Denise, I think I found the problem with the error of reading file from TPS file generated-by TPSutil. The problem exist when in decimal character options are chosen (,) instead of (.) in TPSutil

I would like to know how to make the data set by plotting on my images with in 3-D slicer to create a landmark set for geometric analysis. I understand how to plot the landmarks, but I’m not sure how to export the landmark data per each individual case, to later combine all for geometric analysis

Can you re-number landmarks? Say I'm working on fossil specimens, and some are missing elements but including specimens with a couple landmarks I can't really add is the only way to have a viable sample size, could I re-number certain landmarks?

it is great to finally find the video explaining MorphoJ in detail. 3 years ago I was struggle to understand the use of MorphoJ and the analysis following the raw data acquisition from it. If only the video were available 3 years ago when I needed. Fortunately, I have graduated as PhD recently with one of my dissertation chapter using MorphoJ as one of the morphometric analysis tools on termite head capsule. Thank you, this video will be very helpful for students and researchers.

I'm Judite, a master's student at the University of Algarve in Portugal. my thesis is about geometric morphometrics in ostracods. however, I am having difficulty making sliders files. tpsUtil cannot identify what is a semilandmark and a landmark when I am making the sliders it leaves all the points white. while you should only leave the semi-landmarks blank but the landmarks should not change color. I don't know if you can help me solve this problem?

Hey Denise, thanks as always for the great videos. I am encountering a problem when I try to define the links to my landmarks. I will try to click directly on a landmark and get the return warning message "warning: no point within 0.25 inches" so I can't connect my points. Have you ever encountered that or know of a solution?

Hii. I am doing some MG analyses and the centroid size isn't normaly distribted, even when I look to centroid log. Can I use Procrustes ANOVA in this case or should i choose another significicance test, like Kruskal-Wallis?
