-Tenato needs more male coloration aside from 50 shades of Mud
-Carno needs to be faster but have a 2nd ability bar where if it ambush sprints it runs at peak speed for a short duration and takes a while to recharge.
-Deino needs to take longer to reach maturity but with the benefit of a damage boost once it reaches peak maturity. Also let it deathroll in the water while the prey is still alive to deal MASSIVE damage.
-Hypsi needs to be able to climb trees.
-Dryo getting a boost when nesting in a group, a slight incubation and infant maturation boost when there are 3 or more pairs. Also a generic speed boost to be slightly faster than a omniraptor
-Omniraptor idk tbh.
-Stego needs a HP reduction or reduced turn speed/tail wack radius.

Imagine dryo giving a 5% growth boost to the next herbivore you play, if you reach adult dryo and nest, then you get the boost to the next herbivore you play (could be a dinosaur to boost carnivores too)

The stego nerf bit was literally so accurate. That happened to me and people kept saying shit like “well, stego is a big animal, it shouldn’t be easily killable” and like… yeah… but it also shouldn’t be a brick wall.
Adult stego should be almost unkillable for the carnivores in the game except deino which should one shot it if it gets a headshot, it is a herbivore meant to fight allo and other big theropods which are not in the game. They released it in an un optimal moment. Deino for example makes the game so much entertaining but stego has less impact on the overall game, maybe when a big theropod is released we’ll see it’s true potential
considering it is already released, who cares about the animals meant to hunt it if they’re not in, balance it in the current game. When they get added, stego can get buffed/rebalanced to where it’s meant to be
@@imgonnasnaponeday6662 of course but as I said deino should one shot it (or leave it on 5% hp) when it gets a headshot, that’s the balancing I proposed which doesn’t make stego underpowered and makes it so you don’t have to change the balance once other playable are introduced. They should also make juvie stego quite weak, after all nobody would let that tiny tail hit them.

Ideally carno would have dogshit stam, decent-bad turning, and insane acceleration. Perfect for just jolting out of a bush to get the jump on your prey. If they react fast enough, your hunt is basically gone, but if they don’t, you basically have a guaranteed charge.

Carno ought to have shit acceleration and solid stam. It’s a pursuit predator. Ambush is allo specialty.
@@r.k845 It’s not either of those things in game currently, and, being the fastest dinosaur in the roster, I feel like ambush is best for it.

I feel like Carnos bite damage should be buffed to 190 and ceratos to 200 since cerato irl had a better biteforce
The problem with this is that the cera alt bite and charged bite do more dmg than the base 150, The alt does 180 and the charged does a whopping 345 (A 2.3 multiplier) which can one shot adult omnis and smaller dinos, which even an adult carno charge can't do without extra bites. Also Ceras have the absurd advantage of their alt and charge bites being the only ones in the game that consume no extra stam.
SO if Cera bite went to 200 then the charged bite would do 460 damage only being outclassed by the stego swing and deino bite, both of which hit for 500. Then you also have to consider that the Cera attacks faster, moves faster, and has greater stamina than the stego and the deino. So it would have better dps because it attacks faster and would hit more and get hit less because it could run around the stego and deino.
Yeah, lets not make the cera bite do 200.

All I did was state my opinion on the current balance of one of my favorite games. Not that anyone as asked, but, anger management is key to have healthy social interactions. I use to play Animal Jam back when I was 10, I remember my mother spent so much money on that game for both me and my sibling LOL. I downloaded the game again after 6 and a half years and holey cow the nostalgia hit hard logging onto my old account. Nothing much has changed except they have made a 3D version. It dosnt feel the same at all gotta be honest.

Only thing carno needed nerfed was its charge hitbox and just to go back to when you had to run for a bit before being able to charge. It's acceleration was fine..

Yo… I have vivid memories with my friend about your den on animal jam. We were so hyped for the surprise and saw the word and were freaking out and then her mom came in to ask us what was so funny and made us leave the den. I think we were like in 4th or 5th grade for sure 😂

The real life carno would be like a cheetah with a worse turn radius, the thing would accelerate like a bullet at demolish a smaller prey item, if anything carno would have problems slowing down and since its tail was so stiff it wouldnt be able to turn well but it would be able to get to full speed very fast. The thing was built to cover distance like crazy and if you didnt see it you pay but it probably could not sustain speed for especially long kinda like a cheetah, though not as bad as a cheetah. When escaping the goal should be to see it before it gets to you so you can get out of the way, the carno's goal was to get to it before the prey saw it which it did through sheer speed and acceleration.
Realistically that translates to lower stamina but the things is fast and accelerates insanely quick, but it would have a wide turn while sprinting and would take ages to fully stop since it was so large for its speed. But it would smoke anything near its size in speed and acceleration since that was its whole thing, it covered distance so fast it could catch things off guard but in a brawl was kind of a pushover since wit was lightly built and stiff. It was a specialized hunter that couldn't really contend with things its size, just like how a cheetah cant really fend off anything its size or larger but has great hunting success since it can outrun anything even if most of their food gets stolen the succeed far more often.
This is actually something Zshavair and I brought up in the segment that we cut out. We talked about how the cheetah comparison to carno is a bit silly because while it’s a sprinter, it’s not agile, leading to the conclusion that a style best suited for carno is hunting tankier prey items in the small to medium size range, as he can dish out a ton of damage to a less agile target, vs chasing something like dryo that can effectively juke
@@TheOneTruePesky I think that the fast ambusher playstyle makes sense for carno, I mean its main strength should be appearing out of nowhere and catching things off guard. In order to do that it needs to be fast as fuck and able to accelerate crazy well, i think it should be bad at brawls by comparison. Cerato should kick its ass in a brawl and defend itself if it sees the carno coming, but carno should be able to materialize next to it and smack it if the carno is sneaky enough. I mean carno is in a weird spot right now simaltaniously being too strong but also dogshit, the damage shouldnt be carno's selling point and it should be able to cover distance in a strait line so fast it can make up for a poor turn radius and average damage damage.
Carno is a unique animal and that should be reflected in its playstyle.

Honestly, I'd like ta see alt attacks for cera and carno that sort of counter each other. For cera, I'd love an attack that utilizes it's nose horn or head in general that drives upwards. This could be powerful enough ta stager Carno when it charges and is used that the right time. Carno should probably have a sort of head swing that uses its horns to bash and cut. This could counter cera's charge bite if used correctly. Like slaming the cera's head ta the side. Though, I'm not sure if either of these are possible.

14:30 I think the reason that's the case is that our childhood is the period that lasts the longest for humans. Our adolescent years end about around age 16-18. Our other periods of life last around 5 or 10 years. Young adult/ sub adult years are between 16 or 18 - 25, 25 is where our brains have mostly matured, though it'll keep growing throughout out life time, just not as much in comparison to adolescent and sub adult years. Adult stage is around ages 25 - 39. Middle age adult is around ages 40 - 59. Senior/ elder is 60+ until you die. Also not to mention that, as kids, that's the period of our life where we learn the most and have more energy, so I think they feel slower due to 1) kids have more energy, so keeping them in school where they can't really release it whenever can feel super long. 2) it could be our brain taking in much more new information around that time, so it can leave a sort of time slowing effect? Like the amount of information you leaned as kid can make it seem that time went by much slower as you've learned much more information in a day than you would as an adult. Or 3) as kids, we didn't really have the best concept of time, so we probably wouldn't pay attention to how much time actually passed. Or 4) all of the above.
Though do know that most of this was from personal observation and speculation as no studies can agree on how long different growth periods last in our life times or how many they are. I just know that 0 - 25 is our longest period of growth due to it being our steps to maturity.
