- Awakening Process is your spiritual journey through the dimensions, and to go from 3D (dimension) to a higher consciousness in 4D to 5D is not completely painless. Most people feel completely lost. awakening sounds like such a beautiful thing, but its one of the hardest things I've ever been through. having the eyes to see & the ears to hear sometimes isolates people from the average crowd & its lonely.

I must say that the experience is TERRIBLE!! for those people who do not understand or never been through on the process. Because of the experience I was and still going through, I began to research things. Everything felt a mess. I had all the symptoms including sleep paralysis, lucid dreams and many worldly stuff that beyond explanations! ! ! I also got extreme depression and the worse part was i cry each not for no reason. I feel totally lost and the feeling was like having a demon inside me!!
I was baptized in Catholic but when I started reading the bible, everything has change!! I claim now myself as a Christian.

I have been looking for answers since I was incarcerated for two years.I found it absolutely traumatic and could not understand why this had happened to me,I couldnt even understand why I had made the mistake in the first place.I moved to a second prison and became librarian and that was the start of my spiritual understanding as I had all these amazing books at my fingertips.I now know that before we even get into our physical bodies,we plan our best possible route which includes mistakes,obstacles,accidents and illnesses in order to learn from and overcome,which will bring us nearer to completing our spiritual journey.
Haven't felt like myself, don't know who I am, I'm lost. Don't know where I belong in this world. What my purpose is. Unusual fatigue and pains. So many changes. This helped me so much!! Thank you!!

I became a vegetarian 6 years ago and a while back I became a vegan (and no gluten). Since I went vegan I have experienced the most wonderful boost of happiness and awakening. For me , eating cleaner and no animal products have raised my vibrations very fast. I feel so increadibly happy. I laugh all the time now. Becoming vegan is one of the best things I have ever done. Maybe this can help someone else too, to come out of the heavy energy. Love and light to you all!

micanikko It is actually easier than one can imagine (I thought it would be hard but it wasn't). There are a few steps that works for me. 1) Watch Earthlings, Forks over knives and Cowspiracy. 2) Go for a lot of fruit, it's easy 3) Watch vegan RUclipsrs like The Vegan Activist, That Vegan Couple, Plantiful Health, Bite Size Vegan, Brianna JackFruitson or Freelee the banana girl 4) Use soy or mushroom alternatives if vegetables is hard for you. 5) Start with pasta, (sweet) potatoes, noodles or rise and go from there. Experiment. It can take time to find new favourite recipes. 6) Enjoy it and see all the benefits like beautiful skin, spiritual balance, more energy and feeling better in general. Some benefits take time, but they will come. Most of all I like the feeling of being vegan for my health, the animals and the Earth.

I gave up eating meat to help with my digestion as I had a bad hernia .as a result I have found my health has improved immensely .
The other thing that happened is that my spiritual side has pushed through .I have changed so much in the past 18 months.
OMG this is exactly what I am going through. Up at night with heat sweats, an hungry all the time and emotional feeling like I am insane and different from everyone. Everything it said is what I am feeling for about two months now. Thanks for sharing this and making me feel alright.

Shannon Nauman likely Enlightenment is a process. We also have different definitions of what enlightenment is. Most people Define enlightenment in their own way so that they can claim they are indeed enlightened... My definition is extremely strict and I am no enlightened being. I have far too much to learn to make such a claim but I am certainly much further along than any arbitrarily labeled spiritual Guru type. I am also further than the majority of scientists in the world.
I said I have discovered scientific enlightenment... I will likely spend my entire life learning but unless I can extend my life I will not achieve true enlightenment. Our species may go extinct before any of us experiences true scientific Enlightenment. I promise you that filling in the blanks with spiritual nonsense is not going to get us there... It will actually stagnate our mentalities.

"Source" lead me to this. I don't believe this. I know this. The message that scrolled across my screen; described my spirtual path at this exact moment. I am recovering from a bad motorcycle accident 6 months ago; from which I suffered a traumatic brain injury. The Universe has taken my hand and lead me to this Awakening. This truly truly resonates with me completely! I've never felt as though I've ever belonged here. My mother always says I was a depressed child. I am very emotional and find myself very sensitive with my surrounding. I'm so sensitive so that I can't go places where people have died. The energy is unbearable for me. I've even seen spirits. This has been happening since I was 2. Not to mention I've had a close to death experience when I was 3yrs old.
this works for me I put a new or different thought or ideal it blocks out others only for a limited time

I mean I hope what you are saying in this video is true because I would like to think there is a end to all this mind confusion and body pain , but honestly at another level all these things listed just seem like the affects on the average person being stressed out because life is hard.
Thank you very much. You don't know how much you are helping me. I'm going through the loss of desire for food phase. I almost have to force myself to eat. I look in the mirror and sometimes it freaks me out because I feel like i'm looking at someone else and I can't shake the feeling off. I really needed to know what was wrong with me.
bayou fishing this is giving me a little hope because it is extremely accurate. Long ago i lost a lot of weight and remained stable for years. Recently, withou any change in routine, I have started to gain weight. I started to excercise as well, but the weight just will not go away.

as people get older they gain weight , that's just part of life , look at a picture of your mom and dad when young they where more than likely a lot more skinny than they are now. Maybe it might be something else , you should go see a doctor or at least research a blog online to see what is happening with your weight going up and down, a lot of people are allergic to high fructose corn sirup and don't even know it , this shit makes people turn into blimps and it is in almost every food in the USA. All that aside I am tired of false hope , I am tired of the blind leading the blind and acting like they know the answers,you notice that the creator of video did not answer my question, saying that we are spiritual going to be enlightened is like christians saying there will be a rapture , I see alot of talk but no real answers that satisfy, i know you are suffering , im suffering alot of people are suffering here, but I am tired of all the unforfilling solutions.

John Pate I hope your transition is going smoothly. For me it was very difficult as I had no idea what was happening. It would have helped if I'd found a video like this. I was basically thrust into a world I had no idea of but now I talk about it as if it's completely normal and when I speak to others I have to keep reminding myself they don't know what I'm talking about and to take a step back as it can be too much for others sometimes. We're living through a new special era. There is loving help from guides all around. You can recognise them because they have a message of peace and will never command you. They respect the universal Law that God made you free. I hope this clarifies any further doubts.

John Pate Don't worry John. It will get better. Life's like that, sometimes we go through difficult times which make no sense and then it's only once it's passed at a future time you realise there was a reason. But when everything's going wrong in our lives it's difficult to try and have a positive outlook. Spiritual transformation will make you stronger and wiser but it comes with a price - freedom always does. God bless you.

I love this music. I suppose it's just a particularly nice resonance with me personally but I find it so nice to hear an actual song that is expressing something coherent, instead of seemingly unrelated, random, disconnected pings and pongs and twangs that have no discernible continuity.

I want to add some points here . I saw like there is a wall or door has opened wide to me . It's crazy . I can see clearly and feel something new I don't know what is it , completely new . When I'm walking I can feel the ground under me literally it is for the first time I feel this feeling . And I like the smell of the sea and sand and morning smell when the sun starts to rise . I feel the energy flows in me , I feel connected like part of a whole .
80-90 percent of this stuff has already happened to me over 6 years. Just wanted to mention that it takes a lot of time and they reappear again and again. At least in my experience.
I had a spiritual awakening through kundalini but to begin with it was petrifying and I thought I was going mad. It's not for everyone - there is the wilderness before you reach the Promised Land. Then things calmed down as I adjusted and now I feel the deep contentment you feel when you know you're not alone on both the physical plane and the non-physical plane. The Truth liberates.
Well this explains why I've been so tired and lethargic. I can barely even meditate without accidentally falling asleep these days

I have been locked in the fight or flight mode now with extreme anxiety for six months now.The doctors can't find anything wrong with me.It started suddenly one day with a panic attack.I am slowly adjusting to feeling comfortable and sleeping better.This presentation all makes sense to me.I feel something big is about to happen in a good way to all of mankind.
I never ever saw any video, book, doctors or anyone that was able to describe myself. I prefer dont explain what I feel because I think nobody will understand but seems the author of this video is inside me.I am speechless !

This is one of the best descriptions on what human being is going through this process..And one BIG thank you for that! My o my...Those frequent moments in which it is so unbearable to be in my own body..It feels so painful, often to me it`s look like giving a birth...That fire which spreads all over, penetrating your body completely...
Everything you explain in this video is the experience that i am going through, Anytime i feel something is going to happen, and it happen, something i just hear voice like someone is talking to me, i was draw to nature, spirit , ancient tradition. And i can also feel in myself that i am in different dimension, and natural knowledge just come. There is many things that can not explain, and again i usually wake in mid night around two, and i can sleep again, and my emotion is up and down. I feel in myself that awareness is rising.
I used to be really into Wayne Dyer, The Secret, Astral Projection, and all this metaphysical self-help material. However, ten years after the release of The Secret, it is interesting to look at the results. All the people I know who were into the law of attraction still don't have the lives they want. On the other hand, my friends who said, "the law of attraction is bullshit" and went out and worked hard ... now have the lives they want! As for me, getting away from the self-help spiritual industry was the best move I ever made in my life! My life has improved drastically since I left all of this material behind! Most people here will disagree with me, but that is ok. The people who follow the crowd only go as far as the crowd. Love yourself enough to be brutally honest about the results you are getting in your life. Don't settle for less just because you want to cling to a belief! Pride is a wonderful thing, but when it keeps us from learning and convinces us that we know things we don't ... well that is what the self-help industry is. Love yourself enough to let go of this material. Go out and have fun working hard! :)
Such an important video for those who can easily become lost on the path.
I experienced the non dual awakening,
confirmed to me by the teacher I was with. There are no individual
people in this state. Only one entity pretending to be everything and
everyone. After this experience came and went I devoted myself even
more to practicing awareness and sitting in meditation. I became so
empty, I no longer cared about anything. But this was not life, I
kept dreaming I was in hell. Eventually in a dream of eternal
damnation I cried out to Jesus to save me, about 10 days later he
did. My spirit, mind and life were completely renewed when I gave my
life to Jesus Christ, no difficult symptoms, no strange or worrying
physiological or emotional processes. Just pure liberation, knowing
that he is real, alive, and now within me, and finding out after 20
years of spiritual searching and practice that my problem was never
my conditioned mind, it was my sin and my rejection of the one true
God and the `gospel. The forgiveness of sins that comes from
believing in the Lord Jesus is not a dogma, it is real. You really
are born again. Everything I was died , now I know myself to be fully
alive in the way I sought so long to find through meditation. It is
not found that way. meditation has nothing, to do with God. YOu
cannot know God outside of Christ although you can have powerful
phsychological/psychic experiences which won't help you, just lead
you deeper into delusion. This is the end times deception, prophecied
in the BIBle. "The coming of the lawless one will be in
accordance with the work of Satan He will use all sorts of displays
of power through signs and wonders that serve the lie, and all the
ways that wickedness deceives those who are perishing. They perish
because they refused to love the truth and so be saved. For this
reason God sends them a powerful delusion so that they will believe
the lie " 2 Thessalonians 2. This isn't from hate. I wish that
someone had told me these things 20 years ago , I would not have
wasted so much of my life seeking enlightenment. Trust Jesus, he's
the one!

I'm in tears. Been going through this for some time and yes shut it off with medication. But i can feel it. I just know it. Its the truth. The truth sets you free is exactly what its about. I need to let go of someone special thats holding me back and who I cannot serve anymore. Its a really difficult phase. Where can I get more help?

I read and read and drew conclusions as to my journey through life and that on a basic level everyone that means something to you entered your life for a reason, yours to know why. Talk to like-minded friends and discuss. The strength is within you. Open up, meditate, exercise, lie still, practice the tao (living in the moment) and ask the universe for guidance and signs. For years i have been looking for answers or should i say understanding of what is or was happening to me and today i got what i have been looking for , thank you and i will wait for the time to come for me to be ok. Its not easy with 2 young kids but i am managing. All my friends and the way i used to live my life gone and my partner of 11 years gone and i know and understand why. Every thing from start to finsh is like u where talking to me. I used to see people in my dreams but it was like i was awake when they used to talk to me and was scared for some time and slept with the light on but they helped me through my brain hermmarge and all the operations that i went through and i am ever greatful for that and that mad me believe in them. That searching for peace sign, is so forever true. It's my life long journey and i feel if i stay true to myself and be aware of how i'm feeling, something beautiful will occur
Wow, I felt compelled to look for a video like this as I have been pondering about spiritual ascension and I am shocked at how accurate it is compared to what I've been feeling for a while (in other words, I didn't watch the video first and then have to think whether it compared to me, this video instead confirmed what I was already beginning to believe on my own but wasn't certain). Even weirder, the exact moment the video stopped, the clock read 11:11. Another thing not mentioned is that in addition to pains in different parts of the body, you can also feel positive energy which is VERY gentle and warm.
EDIT: Another change not in the video is that you'll feel a RUSH of positive feelings each time the opportunity to do a good deed and help another person crops up whereas in "3D Land" as the video puts it, the common attitude is "why should I? What are they going to do for me??" and boy do I remember feeling that way before. Now that has passed.

I have experienced everything. I know I need to let go of a couple of things that are keeping me from fully letting go of the old me.I am very sensitive to everything all my surroundings and I know I am holding myself back. This has really helped me to understand what has been going on.

Yes, one of the best if not the best presentation of this topic but I've been experiencing these changes for some time and my conclusion (before seeing this video) was that it was/is part of aging (I'm in mid 60's) & that does make so much sense but yes, apart from that, I do & also have experienced non-aging issues pointed out in this video.

I'm wondering how long others have been going through this for? I've been experiencing most of these, starting about 4 years ago. The video says things like 'soon' and 'short time'. I'm completely exhausted after 4 years of this. So accurate too, I can't believe it, I still can't watch TV, go to the mall (comfortably) or be around most people.
If it wasn't for all the spiritual support, like this, on the internet, I would have gone insane or be medicated into a zombie by now.

I've felt lost for some time being new to spirituality and crowning quicker than what I could handle so much has changed in me and everything feels like it is spinning around me but now I know I an the eye of the storm I'm standing still and calm while everything fly's around me as crazy as can be

If this is true, it explains a lot. I think the journey is a little different for everyone. Not everyone will have each of these symptoms.
I've done both day and sleep awakening work. I was on a medication for Schizoaffective that made me sleep long hours. I would get so cold before falling asleep I would put on warm blankets, even in summer. I'd wake up 14 hours or so later and be in a hot sweat because of all the blankets.
Yet, I've had my set of day nightmares from Fear Mania, to Deep Depressions. Low energy to the point all I could manage to do was watch Music Videos on repeat. Low motivation to the point my days were filled with nothing much, day after day.
I am doing much better now. I sleep 8-12 hours instead of 14-16. (New medication) I have energy to walk in the world, and talk to people.
I just have to say for all those in bad states, I am proof it gets better. Even with mental illnesses your Doctors says are incurable. The illness might just be giving you a chance to awaken.
