Only 80 percent of communication in Thailand (between Thais) is expressed and received correctly. All communication. If you go to a restaurant and order 5 things, one will be forgotten or plain wrong. They like to go start working, but they're poor listeners and even poorer thinkers.
They actually use laser levels here as well as standard types and plumb bobs. The pool is on a level concrete pad. They did check the level with a 4’ before the crane left.

Yes I bought it online though there are 2 stores in the Bangkok area. My bed shipped from BKK.

Thanks for watching Lee, this pool was half the price and has a 25 year warranty. Plus tile pools require a lot more maintenance as they age.

I know your options may be limited, but I would be weary of a pool company that never appears to employ a bubble level.
