JUST REALIZED! 12:45 IMPEL DOWN WAS A DEADLY TOWER!
On every level, there is a circular ring of jagged patterns on the top, windows in between and gaps on the floor those are called "Merlons" and "Corbels" and they are part of the Machicolations.
Every ring or machicolation, has a opening on the floor to shoot arrows and jagged pattern on top to give cover to archer behind them. Now, imagine the tower full of haki users.
THAT IS IMPEL DOWN, instead of being impelled on a spear, the tower is capable of shooting thousands of arrows in all direction. IMPELLING DOWN all its enemies.

@@Ryquard1 Typo aside, Impel is Latin for "impellere" which means "to push, strike against; set in motion, drive forward, urge on. Impel down was tower that would just rained down arrows in all direction. If this tower was full of Haki users, than I can only imagine how insane the siege would have been to capture the tower.

My biggest theory about the Red Line:
It was constructed out of the moons that used to exist around the One Piece planet.
The fact that the Lunarians are called Lunarians but are known to come from “God’s Country” which is the Red Line…just feels like classic Oda double entendre.
Could also maybe explain why Fujitora seemingly has an unlimited access to meteors
this is genius, cause we ever only see 1 moon!

Did you consider that maybe red line itself was once in orbit of the planet as a ring Instead of a moon?

Luffy is not a “new Joyboy or nika” Joyboy and Nika have always been different names different nations gave Luffy. Joyboy in Wano, Nika in Elbaf, Warrior god in others,.. Joyboy was pirate? So just like Luffy. Joyboy made a promise to the Mermaid Princess? Well,Luffy did make a promise to Sharahoshi. There was an evil Ling that once ruled Dressrosa 900 years ago and enslaved the small people the “Tonta kingdom”, the old wise Tonta oldest guy said and apparently they were liberated by warrior and the new king apologized to them. The evil King is Doflamingo, the other king who apologized to them is Riku. All hear things were happening right in front of our eyes. The only cities that live under water are caused by the action on Imu. But Vegapunk wouldn’t know that. When Roger found the one piece he laughed and said he wished he had lived in the same era as Joyboy. He never mentioned if it was in the future or the past. And who else could make them laugh with a very silly and goofy dream more than Luffy who’s been doing the same to us for decades?

Also the 20 kingdoms were probably aware of this and that’s why they decided no one should access that throne in order to avoid this coming war but Imu managed to do it and took over the throne. The devil fruits might actually simply be creation of Vegapunk and he just never realized it. So is mother flame which is technically nuclear power. Just like Albert Einstein he developed nuclear power thinking he could fix the issue of energy which seems to be the main reason for war around the world but instead the United State and their Allies NATO (which is very similar to the world government in one piece) decided to use that power to weapons and literally destroyed everyone who refused to yield. The murdered and displaced populations around the world. They pillaged African, still have them under neocolonial rules, they literally depend on Africa for natural resources while Africans suffer and starve. The celestial dragons are simply the “Juuuz” and Marijoie is Israel. They murdered and displaced millions to occupy their land that they now call “Holy Land” but recently the whole got to witness that that’s where the demons of this world reside just like where the demons in one piece also reside in Marijoie. But although many of those privileged settlers (the celestial dragons) are extremely stupid, sadistic, racist and just like the settlers in Palestine. You also have very evil powerful geniuses. Like the Figarland family in One Piece. In our current world those are people like Netanyahu, The Rockefeller Family, Rothschild Family, Nuland, Henry Kissinger, Larry Fink of Blackrock that owns almost every American and Western European corporation, the Antony Blinken, Victoria Nuland, Lindsay Graham and other Christian Siononists would idolize Israel. Saying they wil sink the world is into darkness is exact what’s happening. A century is 100 years "there was never a void century" and "The current One Piece story is in fact the void century" does not make any sense. Good to be creative but Vegapunk is talking about the Void Century right now in the story...

if mass/matter does conserve in One Piece World, then the Red Line was created from the missing landmass. The four seas are actually 2 holes.
For some reason the sinking world of OP made me think of the movie Waterworld. Kevin Costner was a fish man and the world sank due to man intervention. There was also an piece of land that was hard to get to.
I feel like Impel Down was the capital of the Ancient Kingdom, it has the Tower of Babel, the nastiest amount of Sea Kings around it, and we saw a lot of it on the inside, which looked just like a massive castle with a lot of research facilities, like climate research, lava and temperature research, they just adapted it to a jail with extra jailcels but i really think it was the capital and maybe ennies loby was one of the Joyboy kingdoms and that's why it has a Motherflame hole, it just leaves Marineford but i feel like the Triangle on those 3 sites was also a result of something from the Ancient Kingdom maybe trying to hide some other facilities or cities with knowledge like the Ohara Books in the pond

3.and in the recent chapter when vegapunk told us that war was based on 2 ideologys it reminded me of ww2 and when i looked at Allies power (France, Britain, United States, the Soviet Union, and, to a lesser extent, China). they reminded of 5 elders from could be resemble Saint Saturn from China, Saint Mars from france, and Saint Nusjuro who lookes like gandhi so india (under British raj), Saint Warcury from Soviet Union, and lastly Saint Ju Peter inspired from U.S.

It was really good and interesting as always, I can't wait to see more people approaching and see your videos its literally a gift for not Japanese readers or viewers of one piece ( it's really helping understanding the story so much better)
The most interesting thing I look forward to is not the reveal of characters such as joy boy or imu, but rather their ideologies that shaped such a world with 800 years of forced pain and underdevelopment. I'm interested in how far oda is willing to go in terms of philosophy, world peace, ideologies, liberty, the way to live. All these things mattered in one piece especially freedom. I feel like the end of one piece, a fucking shounen manga, could actually deliver some wild mindsets or atleast portray interesting refreshing philosophic ideas (some where pointed out by a youtuber already). Whitebeard is a man who worshipped family over anything. Same could be said about roger, but roger wanted more. We don't know his dream, but it was the same as Luffys and it somehow made a man like Oden feel excited crazed out. Rogers word on skypiea kind of indicate him feeling responsible for his past fellows (maybe related to the straw hat and where he got it from). But he also seemed like a free spirit like luffy who couldnt care less. Dragon is geniuinely interested in a long term development and not just short term uprising that will be repeated in loops for centuries as it already was. And there are many others to count. Shanks might not be evil, but maybe he developed other ideas over time. His own conclusion, maybe contradicting roger. But given the recent activities I doubt that.

you're approaching One Piece from the wrong direction. One Piece is based on Greek Myth, not the postmodern social science horseshit you're looking for. In Greek myth the gods are capricious and rule for their own pleasure and man is powerless to change that. That's why the world had to wait for 800 years for a god to reappear to deliver them. If you want to understand one piece then read the greek myth of prometheus because that is what the story of one piece actually is.
It is said nothing can grow in the Red Line. The Eve Tree, which is likely to be in Mariejois, stretches to Fishman island. I think this implies it was there before the Redline. Maybe the redline could have formed from the tree somehow..
Also, Im glad you talked about Professor Tsukimi and Karakuri island. Where do you think he got the blueprints to build those robots? I thought he mightve mentored Vegapunk somehow

Log posts don't make sense in one piece. They said it is magnetic poles from the islands. But this wouldn't make sense. They aren't islands they would be one big land mass. So why would a log post point to land.
Then it means there's something inside of each Landmass peaks that works as magnet.

Great theory! I believe that Oda has a preference for doing foreshadow by using words that express a dual meaning, its literal and figured, and hiding the literal one making people assume it's figured. For example, in the phrase "Only your very existence could make the entire world shake to its core" everyone got the "shake" idea as shaking in fear, caos, etc, but as we saw later Oda was giving a hint about Uranus and its power to literally making the whole world feels a earthquake. Another example is what you just said about the Wano Country had been connected with the world. At first, this could implies Wano having diplomatic relations and Wano's people traveling to other islands but now this could mean Wano being physically connected to the ancient continent. All of this makes me think that the phrase "Pluton has been sleeping" could implies that Pluton is LITERALLY sleeping not like just a weapon waiting to be used but like a monster hibernating. Even though it was already said that Pluton was a Gigantic ship what if Pluton was a Gigantic being that used to transport people to one island to another? The fact that is a living thing disqualifies to calls it a ship? Before Fish-Man Islands' Arc we used to think that the 3 Ancient Weapons was all thing.

I had a theory that Nami was from the past and then I woke up a few days ago and saw this post and was like ok we’re cooking. I started rewatching some earlier episodes and at the end of the Arlong arc before Nami gets on the Merry, Usopp says “ even thought we’ve only been here a day it feels like a life time” and Luffy is smiling and starts laughing and says yes.

i love how skypea has sudenly became the most important ark in the entire show. when I first started watching I had people tell me to skip it. i have a thing about not skipping any episodes in anything I watch so I was never going to listen to them. but then I watched skypea and was absolutely floored that people didn't like that ark. skypea is great.

This whole thing about the current One Piece World being the resulted aftermath of a Great Flood of some kind, has actually been a idea that I’ve kept in my head for literal Years now,
I haven’t even been that public about, because I was convinced that would never be atheist case, that Oda would never go with that direction, that it would remain as just my own personal Headcanon for my imaginations only,
Granted the details aren’t exactly the same as what I had imagined, as you can expect, but still the fact that the very concept of a Great Flood or that a there has even been a Flood in the One Piece at all, something I have been imagining about for so long, even being considered to perhaps be a actual thing in the One Piece Series/Story, i honestly still have a hard time wrapping my head around it,

If we assume the three ancient weapons to be linked to each aspect of a planet, Poseidon = sea, Uranus = sky, and Pluton = earth, we can link Pluton and the redline together. I think someone in the past used Pluton's power to create the redline. It would also explain why Wano has this peculiar layout and why opening the country meant releasing Pluton
I think the more straight forward answer to why pangea castle is called that way is that it is located on the red line - the current super continent of the one piece world - rather than it refering to an ancient super continent that we do not know existed.
I can't wait about the Red Line theory in June. June is also my birth month.

Onboard the boat that falls from Skypiea and the Straw Hats try to salvage, thereby eventually meeting Cricket - there is notably a picture that Sanji picks up that looks a LOT like Nami. Presumably an older relative? I haven't read the manga yet so don't know it it's canon but bears mentioning considering anything involving Nami.
i love it when the "smaller"/less mainstream theory/hypothesis makers of different series get things right, even if it is the smaller stuff but i always root for their theories to come true, especially the ones that sound so crazy they just might be true, just like Blackbeard said, "Peoples Dreams Never End!!!!"

I’ve always been curious as to how the scholars of O’Hara had the technology to create books that didn’t get destroyed by being thrown into water. I feel like it’s a huge discrepancy that I’ve never seen addressed.

I think joyboy got a glimpse of the current one piece and then left. Hell dragon could have possibly met him when he found luffy. And didn't know it, and joyboy words could have changed dragons life. As he went back to seal his fate.

A question to you - is it Mother Flame or Mother Frame? Cos flame burns water and vaporizes it, but a huge frame placed on water increases the water level. Your thoughts?

I think the Grand Line/New World is that single stretch of continent that we see on Ohara's globe. I think that might be where the ancient Kingdom used to be. The Neptunians, being so large, would probably not have fit in the oceans without the 200 meter rise in sea level. So it would make sense they were created at the same time or just after. They also only live in the Calm Belt, a place where water and air doesnt move, on both sides of the Grand Line. To me, that makes it seem like they are protecting the Line. And since we know they are associated with Joy Boy, it would make sense that their original purpose was to protect what used to be the ancient kingdom or those kingdoms that believe in Nika, since all the islands we have seen with connection to Nika are on the Grand Line.
This chapter was insane. Biggest chapter since Gear 5, biggest chapter in Egghead, biggest lore expansion in years. Amazing. Professional chef.
I think maybe the ancient kingdom's name was also "One Piece", so that it would be too obvious to be known by the world if the Gorosei let Clover say the name of the ancient kingdom. Joyboy had to be a pirate (navigating ocean) when Imu-sama sink the pangea continent because he definitely should go here and there, meet his allies, plan strategies, create poneglyphs, etc in order to defeat Imu-sama. Maybe he passed away before he could defeat his enemy. Joyboy had no other choice but to navigate the ocean, which probably a whole new challenging thing for people who have been living in a big continent for the rest of their life. That makes him of course the first pirate ever. Joyboy's activity in the ocean gave Imu-sama and the world government some kind of justifications that pirating is bad things whatsoever and pirates are labelled evil from then. Nevermind guys, theorizing One Piece is just fun, especially since these latest chapters.
I think still think the moon is a spaceship and the ancient moon people screwed up by bringing the moon to close to the planet, making the sea levels rise and drown out the old kingdoms that're on the bottom of the sea. Maybe that's why they cried on the wall drawings Enel sees and felt they needed to correct their mistake by going down there and try to right their wrong using robots they created.

This is what I believe what one piece treasure is. But before that, lets make a comparison. Strawhat crew probably resembles Joyboy's crew. There is a reason why at the beginning of one piece story, luffy stated an exact number of crewmates that he wants to gather. This mirrors Joyboy's exact number of crewmates. In other words, a foreshadowing. Also, Joyboy probably have a crewmate with skills and ambition very similar to nami and she was able to draw the complete map of world 800 years ago (before IMU began the plan to sink the world).
So my idea is.. the one piece treasure contains the ff.:
1. A sake (maybe to celebrate that someone finally able to find joyboy's and now roger's treasure)
2. Map of the world 800 years ago
3. A diary about adventures of Joyboy's crew. This parallels the Strawhats adventures. Remember the Strawhats also write their adventures (was it in Nami's journal?? I don't remember much anymore but there was an episode like that in the early days).
4. A letter warning the next generations about the existence of Imu-sama and the ancient weapons, a request to save the world from sinking and a suggestion how to save the world from Imu-sama. Since Imu-sama uses an ancient weapon to destroy the world, only ancient weapons can also save it.
Joyboy failed to save the world because he probably failed to protect the previous poseidon. The poseidon in Joyboy's era was killed by Imu-sama. Hence, why Joyboy made an apology letter to the next poseidon reincarnate.
These are the only evidence left to prove that a world with vast amount of lands once existed in the one piece universe before, which the government failed to destroy. That's why it was stated that the one piece can turn the world upside down.
No wonder roger and his crewmates just laugh it off when they found the treasure. Because they didn't expect that joyboy's treasure would turn out like that and the next poseidon is yet to be born.
I also believe that laughtale/raftel is a moving island similar to zunesha but this time it is a sinking island probably built inside a large whale that's why it was so elusive. And only the road poneglyphs contain the instruction how to make the whale resurface (like playing binks sake). Whales are always emphasized in the story. Was it just coincidence or a foreshadowing?

The issue with the robot guys on the moon possibly being unconscious for a very long time is that Eneru seems to defeat the very same space pirate who knocked them out. It’s possible this pirate’s appearance hadn’t changed for a long time though.

I definitely am a proponent of the Mr. Morj theory that the Red Line is the result of Imu's Devil Fruit ability.
The theory that Luffy would destroy the RL and unite the world in "One Piece"/"One Peace" has been around for a good while, but the one big hole in the theory was always "How would they destroy the ENTIRE RL?" Well if the RL is a result of a DF ability then we know when you defeat the user the effects of their DF dissipates. This would also fall squarely in line with Dressrosa, which many people view as the 2nd microcosm of the story after Skypeia, in which Luffy got rid of the Birdcage by defeating Doffy.
Luffy has a long history of defeating villains by punching them down through something dating back to Arlong Park. Add that to the prophecy of Luffy destroying Fishman Island, and you can see an ending where Luffy punches Imu down through the RL from Mariejoa with enough force to destroy FI below, and then after his defeat/death the RL simply disappears.

Morj is a retard that's always wrong. Imu doesn't have a devil fruit ability. Imu is a god. All the gorosei are. This is why their devil fruit ability wasn't given when they were introduced like every devil fruit user in One Piece that got an introduction.

My theory for the sea level is rising is this: Imu's weapon harnesses an immense amount of geothermal energy, so much that it literally draws out some of the world's liquid core when it's used. With the core of the world being sucked out, the One Piece landmass is shrinking from the center, like a deflating balloon; but the amount of water remains the same, causing all the continents to gradually be pulled under the waves. Any leftover world core not wholly destroyed into energy for Imu's weapon bubbles out beneath the Red Line, lifting the Red Line higher and higher as everywhere else sinks, and this core material is the stuff that formed the Red Line from the start.
In my opinion there was never a void century and some of sophisticated futuristic Empire. The current One Piece story is in fact the void century. Luffy is not a “new Joyboy or nika” Joyboy and Nika have always been different names different nations gave Luffy. Joyboy in Wano, Nika in Elbaf, Warrior god in others,.. Joyboy was pirate? So just like Luffy. Joyboy made a promise to the Mermaid Princess? Well,Luffy did make a promise to Sharahoshi. When Roger found the one piece he laughed and said he wished he had lived in the same era as Joyboy. He never mentioned if it was in the future or the past. And who else could make them laugh with a very silly and goofy dream more than Luffy who’s been doing the same to us for decades?
My theory is that Momonusuke will learn to scripture the poneglyphs from his grandfather. Robin can read and also write the message. Which would explain why his kingdom Ohara was the last to read the poneglyphs. Vivi might acquire the devil fruit to travel in the past, which she would use to send a coded message 900 years ago to prepare for what’s happening right now. Also the 20 kingdoms were probably aware of this and that’s why they decided no one should access that throne in order to avoid this coming war but Imu managed to do it and took over the throne. The devil fruits might actually simply be creation of Vegapunk and he just never realized it. So is mother flame which is technically nuclear power. In our current world those are people like Netanyahu, The Rockefeller Family, Rothschild Family, Nuland, Henry Kissinger, Larry Fink of Blackrock that owns almost every American and Western European corporation, the Antony Blinken, Victoria Nuland, Lindsay Graham and other Christian Siononists would idolize Israel. Saying they wil sink the world is into darkness is exact what’s happening. With Zelensky and Netanyahu who are both from that group have started wars in Europe and the middle that could escalate into a WW3. The last War in Onepiece seemed to be inspired by the American civil war. There is a reason Oda used A guy who looks like Abraham Lincoln to host the last world government reverie.

I have a random idea id like to share, Do you think that Joyboy might of been used as a powersource much like the mother flame? Similar to how Enel could power his ship the Ark Maxim. Could have been weakened or exhausted and then captured, and drained to death as a power source. The would-be hero used as the powersource that ended the world.
