    About the guest;
    Dr. Anne Kyoya is the Founder/CEO of the "Institute for Leadership, Development & Foresight;" a faculty with a SA based Africa Leadership Academy (ALAC); founder/principal trainer with Appex Leadership Dialogues Forum; and a member of the Association of the Professional Futurists (APF), the APF's 2021 Emerging Fellows (EF21), and the Millenium Project.
    This emerging Afro-Futurist voice is gradually influencing both her context and the global community through interviews, writing, and mentorship. In 2022, Kyoya was featured in the "Time" on "What Experts Think the Black Future will Look Like." Kyoya is also one of the mentors of the APF's 2022 Emerging Fellows.
    Dr. Kyoya has over 25 years experience in humanitarian development and leadership having worked with international NGOs in 12 African Countries. Kyoya is highly intuitive, courageous, passionate, focused, risk taking, diligent, trustworthy and endowed with multiple intelligences especially cultural, narrative, financial, spiritual, and EI. Anne is also an author, having written a book - "Tackling Corruption in Africa: Anti-corruption Solutions Beyond 2030" (E-book on Amazon and Smashwords); various blogs and articles online under Annah/Anne Kyoya.
    Anne has a doctorate in strategic leadership and foresight from Regent university; MA in Sociology and Disaster Management; MA in Theology and Development; and Bsc. in Agriculture and Home Economics.
    Dr. Kyoya's primary consultancy areas include:
    1). Straregic foresight - strategy development, scenario development, training and authorship in foresight articles and books.
    2). Leadership development- for Middle management and executive leadership
    3). Organizational Culture Audit and corresponding change management
    4. Humanitarian Development especially programming/project management around humanitarian development
    5. Psychometric - Using Myre-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) tools
    In addition to her consultancy role, Kyoya provides strategic leadership to Emerald International School (EIS), which is the education flagship program for the Green Pastures Tabernacle Ministry. Anne is also a board member with the Bible Translation and Literacy (BTL). Kyoya considers both EIS and BTL as great avenues to contribute to Kingdom businesses.
