He really annoyed me in this questline, first he scams you into joining the race on the prospect of a grand prize: lied. then claims that the current champion murdered his husband, lied. It is then revealed that his husband did die in a race but it was legal and he was an aggressive competitor too. In ahort it would have been way better to take the gold and win the race for his husband but no he'd have a fit and be a total sore winner.

I hate the outcome of that quest. If you tell Claire that you don't want to take part in his revenge and if it will come to choose between race and his revenge you'll chose race. He says that's fair enough. But when you actually finish the race instead taking revenge he's mad at you and don't want to talk to you even in afterlife.
