What is ASMR?
It stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. Most people experience ASMR in the form of tingles, which is often described as an electrifying sensation down your back. This has always been one of the more potent asmr styles for tingles imo. Very visually and audibly stimulating while not being distracting to any degree. But I think its always better when you film the hand movements first, then try to replicate those movements on the mic while watching. That always tied the sounds/ visuals together and made it even more relaxing and tingly.
