      Hi, Nice to meet you. From what I know, the minimum wage is 820 euros per month, excluding benefits and bonuses (also don't forget tax). Please, I dont know what restaurant jobs and blue collar jobs earn. But if you do customer service for instance night shift could earn between 1200 to 1400 euros after tax

    For the skill trade lincense from ministry of interior, are we supposed to legalize that before coming to portugal?

      I think so. All docs needs to be legalized. but since this is not the route i used I might not be able to give you facts.
