Ex Delhi CM and national Convenor AAP Arvind Kejriwal addressing a rally in Doda said Omar Abdullah is going to become the Chief Minister of the INDIA alliance and AAP will give him full support. He said the BJP's central government has turned Jammu and Kashmir into a 'Half State' just like Delhi. “If Omar Abdullah faces any difficulties in governance, he can ask me for advice as I have successfully run the government in Delhi, which is also a ‘half-state’”
