tingin ko titira ako jan sa nuvali dahil gusto ko talagang puntahan yan noong bata pa ako noong 2014 hanggang ngayon kaya pinapanood ko ito palagi :) at tignin ko sa broadfield??
@@thepropertygeekph lets meet soon because i am still G8 but i am now looking for a better spot to live in the future!!! see you soon!!! 😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀☺☺also for now i am still thingking on where in sta.rosa??
Beautiful small homes. Great location. Ideal for OFWs who wish to live the Ayala lifestyle in a well maintained and quiet neighborhood. I hope noisy motorcycles are banned in these subdivisions
Yes. Public transportation such as jeepneys and tricycles are prohibited in the area. They have their own transportation system which is the Nuvali Shuttle with designated stations and travel time scattered around the estate :)
It's a selective demographic market for well to do Filipinos who work in Makati. They can all sit in bumper to bumper traffic on SLEX unfortunately. We go to Nuvali all the time since it's about a half hour away. Maybe OFWs are marketed. I don't think foreignors are at these price points. The roads are good and no barrios, so I can envision the interest.
It’s only 1 hour from Averdeen Estates Nuvali to BGC or Makati and vice versa. Same amount of time to travel from Makati/ BGC to Fairview QC. It also has several malls within 10 minutes drive like Ayala Solenad Mall, Vista Mall Santa Rosa, big grocery stores like Landers and SnR. They also have a big Hospital owned by Ayala which is Healthway Qualimed Hospital. There are offices within and the vicinity of Nuvali as well and big schools like Lasalle, St Scholasticas, Xavier, Miriam College, UST, Don Basco. And if you are going to buy a 14 Million Peso house I think it is impossible that you don’t have at least 1 car. Most residents of the ESTATES have 1 subcompact car and 1 SUV minimum. There is also a P2P bus from Nuvali to One Ayala daily except Sundays and holidays. They also have a Shuttle from the Ayala Malls to the Nuvali Villages and vice versa. Hope this clarifies your concern. 😊
There’s a shuttle service sa Nuvali. Also, there are future developments inside (malls, parks, offices, activity centers). Kahit saang subdivision, there will be a nearby commercial center. By 2-3 years, which is around the time na buyers will start living there, Nuvali will be fully self-sufficient, a new and improved “kabihasnan” 😊
Where in the States did you see a kitchen like that. I’ve been living here for over 30 years, and I’ve not seen a design like that even in the ghettos.
You’re so funny! That dining room is so small and crowded as it is. It’s should have been decorated less to make it look more spacious. No way you can fit more than what it’s already holding unless you want to be on top of each other.
Naku whatabout walls and gate⁉️ And is there a good service area at the back?? Kitchen area is so small‼️ For such a necessary space why so tiny😵😖 undeveloped, no cupboard, shelvings etc SAYANG na bahay, ang ganda sana 😒😔😪
This is one of my favourite house tours :)

Good location....but the price is very expensive...you are not paying the house, you are paying the location and the name which is nuvalie

How much is HOA monthly / yearly
magkano ang ang monthly amortization
layo sa kabihasnan dyan. pano kung wala kang sasakyan? wala pa namang public transpo available

@@patriciacanson1452well said. 👍. You sound like a resident there 😊
Hayaan mo munang matapos ang mga projects jan. Makikita mong biking distance lang lahat.
Nuvali will have its own BRT. Right now we have our own shuttle buses in the area 😉 and P2P buses going to makati and bgc.
