紅棗夾核桃 | 红枣夹核桃
材料 Ingredients
紅棗 红枣 10粒 red dates 10 pcs
核桃 10粒 walnuts 10 pcs
杞子 20粒 goji berries 20 pcs
黑/白芝麻 1茶匙 black/white sesame 1tsp
牛油 1茶匙 butter 1 tsp
蜜糖或麥芽糖 1湯匙 honey/ malt sugar 1 tbsp
提子乾 (如喜歡) dried raisins (if needed)
