Also, can I use my Make account or should my client have his own Make account and I need to use his? Thanks.
Technically you don’t need the mail or make account of your client. But I would at least connect it to your clients mail account as this will send the mails from your clients mail instead of any other.
Yes, you can also setup mail with smtp on Make, but I didn’t show it in the video because you will probably face different bugs pretending on the mail service you are using…

You have the option to use an HTML mail instead of plain text, so I guess you can style this. But I don't think it will provide detailed statistics... for something like this I would rather recommend setting up Hubspot or another CRM..

not sure what you mean with plain text in html but you can just use a span-tag and the tags like to get data from the form you can use in both plain text and html..@@andresochoa3040

I know you can hook up ActiveCampaign and other such autoresponders to webflow logic, but I am not 100% clear if I can get that autoresponder to email the customer who filled out the form. Would be nice to skip having to use a 3rd-Party like MAKE or Zapier.

No I dont think so. I tried it with zapier and make. Make worked better for me
