I genuinely believe that if she removed all of the adults that were exploitative/manipulative/generally abusive to her in any way she would have a chance to grow up and be her own person. I had to explain to these 10-year-olds that "some people have a lot more money and influence than others, and can get better lawyers." They said "That's not right" And I responded "you're right. It's not. It's terrible." I wish I could have told them anything else...

I think the Brit Smith thing was blown out of proportion. People write songs and sell them. Sia did it. It's a thing. Maybe you're right though, maybe all singers should credit their writers more.
Brit didn't even write the song, it was Miley Cyrus and a team. Brit just happened to record it and never released it- Miley also has a demo of it out from what I've heard.

Jojo shouldn't have implied writing credit, but tbh that's pretty common marketing and has been for ages. There's other drama surrounding her but this is basic... how the industry works XD
