I don't think anyone is questioning IS Eddie Reese great, but asking the question of WHY is a great way to become a better coach yourself. Eddie is clearly one of the greatest coaches of ALL TIME (not just in swimming) and to try and understand why he's successful is a great way to see what other coaches can emulate from one of the best ever.
Love how humble he is, and willing to look at himself first as the reason for their success.
