Hey, just a random side note, but: try taking off your sunglasses whenever you can on your walks :) sunlight hitting your retina is very healthy for your hormones, helping along with your circadian rhythm, maximazing your Vitamin D production and keeping your stress hormones in check. Not tryna preach. Just a tip :)

Hey thanks for the comment and yes Al that is very true and needed for people. I actually have an eye problem called aphakia, and while it allows me to see uv and in the dark pretty dang good, it also makes sunlight hurt and lots of things have a blueish, purply white glow when the sun hits it during the day without polerized or uv blocking glasses.
I’ve got a prescription pair of nautica’s that are made for aphakia but I thought they make me look kinda nerdy… 😂
Maybe I will wear them actually cuz some lady just commented my sunglasses make me creepy 😂 🤦‍♂️

@@ritakilicci4897 no it’s good advice for people. 👏 and I try to have them off as much as I can.
I’ve actually looked into the studies on “long horizon staring” and stuff about just what you were discussing and there are huge benefits. And the light helps with your pineal gland as well which sits under and against the optic nerves. Especially if you live in northern areas in winter.
