I had a best friend decades ago. We were the first Bee Gees fans ever. My friend learned to play bass and sing harmonies by listening to their first album. We would just sit in his basement for hours and work on all their early hits. We went to a wedding where there was this dorky guy that played acoustic guitar for the ceremony and reception. Typical songs like "Don't Go Changing" and that kind of thing. He made the mistake of asking if I wanted to play his guitar. My friend and I went into another room to play and sing. Bee Gees were the only songs we knew together. Before long the room was crammed with people listening to us and ignoring the guy they hired to do the music. They had never heard these old songs. They loved them. We played for a couple of hours and the dude never even asked for his guitar back. It was the first time we ever played in front of a crowd. We figured we must be pretty good if we could get people listening to old Bee Gees songs. So we ended up recruiting a drummer and formed our own power trio. Cream, GFR, Hendrix. Played a lot of keggers and parties. Great times.

DOVYDAS my homeboy!! He lives in Sarasota Florida, so do I I've seen him out a couple times He's fantastic!!!
I grew up visiting Sarasota Florida. I even saw Return of the Jedi at Sarasota Mall when I was 4. I'm from Chicago but my grandparents moved to Sarasota when they retired. Siesta Key beach was our favorite beach and still is the nicest beach I've ever been to in the US.
Watched this a year ago and didn't realise how many other youtubers were in it

Hearing Mike say "Is that a left handed stool?" Is the greatest thing ever

Me: this
I had a best friend decades ago.
As the rhythm guitarist who can't even lead, I'm fine with my buddy playing pentatonic scales till his heart's content.
I'm the lefty guitarist who's relieved he has en excuse for not playing at the party
I was also impressed with the guitar gal playing the Orangewood acoustic.
5:16 *Guy with long hair trying not to dance* 😂
Mike the music snob.
Anyone know the song?
Dang, that lady in the romper is gorgeous. Another quality video.

Gentlemen, mind your manners.
@@johnthecat2150 Hello fellow gentleman *tips fedora*
a good one also would have been " the musician who just wants to party and does not want to talk about music, but everyone else knows they're a musician and constantly wants to pester them to play something."

Andy Salter it’s a whole dude’s wife, so in this case no
I KNEW the guy at 0:50 was Dovy, if you asked him to jam he would be like "I mean I guess so" And then invent a new genre of music
'"no, I just jammed yesterday" no, it's everyday br- it's everyday bro'
I don’t thumbs up videos often, but you get one for having Wampler as the nerd. 👍🏻
danslaughter ❤️
leaving the room is the proper reaction to the guy picking up the guitar at a party
Straight up. Im the “one guy who asks everyone to jam” guy.
Wanna jam?
Jimbo Carrino Nah, I kinda want some jelly today

We should jam sometime, man.

Yes, so happy to see Dovydas in one of your videos
The very first one on acoustic players is so reminiscent of my early times in High School lol, and I haven't even watched every type yet haha. Very funny and awesome work here man as always!
