Thanks for this, can we also talk about the landlords that dumps people in, and never want to hear from them again. As long he gets his money, then he's happy.
Now body cooperate come and do whatever they want to the tenants e.g introducing new rules that were not discussed prior occupation.

You will probably pay municipal rates for services. Sounds like the land is a freehold
