    What was your favorite room or feature in this home?

    I like the way you present the house. Its soft and it doesn’t feel rush or fake if it makes sense. The house itself too, its not over design. The window, the doors , the railing are on point.

    Instead of saying outside say let's take a look at the exterior elaborate as to front side or rear then speak to the landscaped grounds. When viewing the interior arch...etc. language and word choice go along way as far as architecture and description

    I hate the front entrance with the flat roof. I hope they remove all those glass panels. Could have done a railing and French doors in the bedroom above.

    • @GregKochRealEstate

      Once it's converted from a showhome they will remove the glass panels.

    Backyard is too small for this kind of a house😢

    • @GregKochRealEstate
      @GregKochRealEstate  10 месяцев назад +1

      The lot itself is a bit smaller. However, the green space onto the pond in the back makes it feel much larger. They do have a few lots left in the community with almost a whole acre of land, but they are selling fast! 😊

    Nearly 3 million dollar home and you're putting wire shelving in the closets.... *facepalm*

  • @rspen2142
    @rspen2142 10 месяцев назад +1

    The living room is underwhelming in comparison to the entry-way and kitchen. I literally thought it was going to be a show-stopper. And, those farmhouse sinks should stay in farm houses.

    • @GregKochRealEstate
      @GregKochRealEstate  10 месяцев назад +3

      The farmhouse style is definitely a trend right now, I can understand that some don't prefer it.
      What kind of living room would you have rather seen? 😊

    • @rspen2142
      @rspen2142 10 месяцев назад +1

      Yes. I do agree that the apron-front sinks are a trend brought about from the Joanna Gaines farm house era of home renovating. It just seem as though the farm house shiplap craze has gone but forgot to take that sink with them LOL...And, it wasn't a living room I particularly wanted to see, it's just that that one left me wondering what could have been if the attention to detail taken with the entry and kitchen would have been taken in the living room.

    • @GregKochRealEstate
      @GregKochRealEstate  10 месяцев назад +2

      @@rspen2142 very well said. My wife agrees with you. She felt something like a nice large vaulted ceiling would really spice that area up, especially if it had a nice tall fireplace 🔥. 😊

    for a area like Watermark this house looks very disappointing and cheaped out on allot of things

  • @oliverjackson5070
    @oliverjackson5070 10 месяцев назад +1

    $500k at best. Neighbours too close.

    • @GregKochRealEstate
      @GregKochRealEstate  10 месяцев назад +4

      I can understand your perspective. This community does have close to 1 acre lots. There are some 500k-600k options nearby, however it would be just bare land.

    • @oliverjackson5070
      @oliverjackson5070 10 месяцев назад +2

      Thats fine, I'm just saying that theres nothing special about this house that really justifies that price.@@GregKochRealEstate

  • @JoesCoco
    @JoesCoco 10 месяцев назад

    Really dislike what they did to the kitchen. Who in their right mind would want cabinets that go down to the counter? You lose counter space. And when you pull the door open, you need to move whatever is in front of it so you dont knock anything over like your cat. Dumb design.
    Rest of the house is really nice. That's really my only note.
