I like the way you present the house. Its soft and it doesn’t feel rush or fake if it makes sense. The house itself too, its not over design. The window, the doors , the railing are on point.
Excellent job with a thorough tour hitting all the details and features. Your presentation style is also laid back and welcoming. And your shoes are off - very polite and considerate. Keep up the great work!
A wonderful tour of a beautiful home! I enjoyed the details provided about every room and the overall feel of a luxury home well planned and well executed! I found Greg's tour of the property warm and inviting encouraging us to dream along with him about residing here!
Instead of saying outside say let's take a look at the exterior elaborate as to front side or rear then speak to the landscaped grounds. When viewing the interior arch...etc. language and word choice go along way as far as architecture and description
I hate the front entrance with the flat roof. I hope they remove all those glass panels. Could have done a railing and French doors in the bedroom above.
The lot itself is a bit smaller. However, the green space onto the pond in the back makes it feel much larger. They do have a few lots left in the community with almost a whole acre of land, but they are selling fast! 😊
The living room is underwhelming in comparison to the entry-way and kitchen. I literally thought it was going to be a show-stopper. And, those farmhouse sinks should stay in farm houses.
The farmhouse style is definitely a trend right now, I can understand that some don't prefer it. What kind of living room would you have rather seen? 😊
Yes. I do agree that the apron-front sinks are a trend brought about from the Joanna Gaines farm house era of home renovating. It just seem as though the farm house shiplap craze has gone but forgot to take that sink with them LOL...And, it wasn't a living room I particularly wanted to see, it's just that that one left me wondering what could have been if the attention to detail taken with the entry and kitchen would have been taken in the living room.
@@rspen2142 very well said. My wife agrees with you. She felt something like a nice large vaulted ceiling would really spice that area up, especially if it had a nice tall fireplace 🔥. 😊
I can understand your perspective. This community does have close to 1 acre lots. There are some 500k-600k options nearby, however it would be just bare land.
Really dislike what they did to the kitchen. Who in their right mind would want cabinets that go down to the counter? You lose counter space. And when you pull the door open, you need to move whatever is in front of it so you dont knock anything over like your cat. Dumb design. Rest of the house is really nice. That's really my only note.
What was your favorite room or feature in this home?
Secret door!

The whole home! Love the kitchen, living area, master suite!! This is my favourite area of Calgary!! Good friends live here! Hi from Vancouver!!
Watermark is my dream area!
It's definitely one of the top luxury areas on my list too! 😊
I like your humble and unpretentious presentation style. It is refreshing and down to earth.

Yes!! Watermark is spectacular!!
Love the home.
Me too! ☺️
I like how Calgarians pronounce 'garage' :D Nice house!
Haha, thank you! I know it's one of those words that is pronounced differently all over the world. 😊
Everything is good. The only compliant is the dining area is too small.
It’s perfect if one bedroom downstairs and big dining area
For sure, the beautiful thing about Watermark is that they are still building, and it's 100% customizable.
😍
😊
Can I has it please 😍
Hahaha for sure! 😊😊

Once it's converted from a showhome they will remove the glass panels.
Backyard is too small for this kind of a house😢

Nearly 3 million dollar home and you're putting wire shelving in the closets.... *facepalm*

for a area like Watermark this house looks very disappointing and cheaped out on allot of things
$500k at best. Neighbours too close.

Thats fine, I'm just saying that theres nothing special about this house that really justifies that price.@@GregKochRealEstate

Nice presentation, bad home
