That would be really bad for me cause I am actually really good and wanna play online but the game is so broken and unstable that it disconnects me automatically on any online fight start up. Plays intro cutscenes and then disconnects for no reason. I have been unable to play online entirely since launch and devs pretend that problem doesnt exist while there are entire threads of players who have to deal with this nonsense on PC.
In Clash Royale, when the opponent quits, the match doesn't get canceled and you can whoop their AFK ass and get the points. That's how it should be in every fighting game that i know but they never do that.

and in dragon ball legends when you quit twice they ban you from rankeds for like 5 minutes and the timer increases each time you quit mid game too, counting as a loss, there's also a "forfeit" button you can use to give up in the fight, giving the opponent the win too when you don't want to watch ur ass getting whiped
Cant take this games ranked seriously at all. The random disconnects at times, the countless sweats pulling the plug the moment they realize theyre losing just makes it a ceasepool and makes climbing literally a worthless achievement. But at least the gameplay itself is fun. Fun game that gets diluted by how some of the players play it.

Advice for climbing singles. Don’t… it’s all rage quitting Super Vegitos, MUI Gokus, and instant sparking SSJ4/Blue Gogeta. No variety, doesn’t know how to super counter when turned around, just hold counter and afterimage. It’s the sad truth
I hit like A3 in singles noticed this and I’m avoiding it now due to so I hit S in dp and I’m actually top 400 but the quitting and cheeses are still there giant cheesere or afterimage ones
DP’s the same, I actually had to pick up UI Goku just to keep up, and while I do like the character, I don’t wanna HAVE to use him to play Ranked or anything competitive, I should be able to use my favorites, like DBS 17, Android 18, Goku, Vegeta, Trunks, Gohan, all of them, but it’s always the same BS, man.
This like common sense the gap in skill between A and S rank is so little literally tho 87% of it is the mfs cheesein and quitting idk what the community expected most of sparkings player base is xeno players

Gotta say, probably the best range to be around in ranked is like C to B tier. People still somewhat know how to have fun and throw hands without relying on Beam spam and all the broken characters. Aswell as all the rage quitting going on in the higher tiers. They really need to implement some sort of punishment for these scrubs

Accurate. I'm B-rank and nobody has rage quit yet. The only downside is all you see are Gogetas and UI Gokus even in B-rank. D-rank is where you wanna be if you want to see characters other than fusions and saiyans.. ranking up is a mistake, stick to normal battles

So yes sparking zero has a skill gap, I played Fighterz ranked a ton at one point that game took more skill of course but sparking zero does have a skill gap. Mechanics and tech still exists on this game just like Fighterz. Just more cheese then fighterz doesnt mean unbeatable. I've seen high rank dudes best cheesy players with them rage quitting constantly because it doesn't work. I recommend you face those players if you think no skill was involved. There is characters that is good going under the radar like Bardock. People just think they can win every game with cheese who are quitting
If they get banned they’ll make a new account and do the same. The points should just be doubled for leaving. You lose double the points you would’ve lost if you just took the L. That would be the best fix. Even if you make a new account, you won’t rank up.
@@usurperzo that's a bit extreme. Most games just do the temporary ban and loss thing which works. There's no harm in them leaving if it counts as a loss so that's fine, just like in rocket league, leaving is a loss so no one minds rage quits.

That’s bc all the rage quitters keep their ranks, so they shoot up to S/Z tier. A rank and down are still genuine players trying to rank up. They lose points from actually taking their Ls so the two types of players gets separated quickly. I was S2 at one point and now I’m S5 because the ONLY matches that I get to finish are the ones I lose. I can’t rank up bc my opponent leaves EVERY SINGLE MATCH that I’m winning. Unplayable

Between Rage Quits and the controller bug where your moves get mapped to the same input, RANKED has been so annoying. I've been trying to get to S1, but stuck S3 due to aforementioned issues. I hope the Devs fix these soon.
Bandai gotta implement a rage quit punish, just shadow ban accounts that rage quit, make it so they can only match up with other rage quitters by matching them based off their disconnection rate

I fought that ALT F4 = CLIPPED guy. Straight dookie butter and sometimes people DC straight off seeing me, it’s sad. Most people I fight try to spam Ki blasts and keep me at a distance once they find out I’m a combo demon and I can’t take the cheese anymore. It’s hard to stomach a match someone won against you because they spammed when they realized they couldn’t hang with you.

I found putting the matchmaking match completion rate to "very high" gives you maybe a slight difference in q time but at least you finish 95% of your matches
I started playing Vegito just cause I loved him from DBFZ he just so happened to be broken with after image strike regardless of the fact I’m A4 and even when I’m getting cooked and sauced on at least I have the decency to run the fade throughout the whole match and not ragequit 😂😂
I'm primarily a Tekken player, and I get on ranked sometimes with no warm-up, and I get blasted by a relatively weak player. Nothing possesses me to plug though. It happened to me once on DBSZ, and I actually didn't even realize I was plugged on. I thought maybe their connection dropped
They should implement either a 10 min maybe incremental ban from online play when they “lose connection “ or just deduct the points from whoever the server can’t ping .
The Amount of People that wouldn't put Bardock in the top 5 of best characters in sparking is insane for his utilities and supers. Also I deadass had more fun in B and A rank thank I do S. DP S ranks are all just Cheese characters (Giants, mime android, Vegitos, Pam, Roshi, Yajirobi) They climb rank by relying on people who don't know how to fight those characters and if you do know how to fight them, they NEVER stay they always alt f4.
This game's online experience has been pure AIDS for me. Ranked shouldn't even be in the game, there's no balance to begin with so I get like 1 out of every 3 people I play ragequitting because I'm beating their ass hard with Cooler despite the cheese spam and wack shit like Final Explosion.

I remember when this game first came out I told people that whoever picks the strongest characters every game will get outclassed by players that purposely pick weaker characters and just have skill fighting games just expose people
This why I refuse to try and make it to A rank, until they patch the ranked rage quit point nullification I’m not sweating for rank and dealing with these losers.

They need to add the point system from DP battle like how much each character is worth for singles and if someone plays a character worth high and they play a low worth character and win, they barley get any points but if they lose they lose half or sum and vice versa if a low worth character wins against a high worth character they gain double or lil more then double idk I’m just rambling bruh

I fought that ALT F4 = CLIPPED guy. Straight dookie butter and sometimes people DC straight off seeing me, it’s sad. Most people I fight try to spam Ki blasts and keep me at a distance once they find out I’m a combo demon and I can’t take the cheese anymore. It’s hard to stomach a match someone won against you because they spammed when they realized they couldn’t hang with you.

I found putting the matchmaking match completion rate to "very high" gives you maybe a slight difference in q time but at least you finish 95% of your matches
You’re gonna experience a lot of quit outs in ranked because this game isn’t skill based it’s carried by characters with certain moves and stats.

I started playing Vegito just cause I loved him from DBFZ he just so happened to be broken with after image strike regardless of the fact I’m A4 and even when I’m getting cooked and sauced on at least I have the decency to run the fade throughout the whole match and not ragequit 😂😂
S rank has been unbearable for me. Played 6 games today, lost 2 and all 4 I was winning ended up with the opponents dcing

Are DP ranked plug fests, too? I've only had a few matches. Sticking to player till I learn a bit more.
I'm primarily a Tekken player, and I get on ranked sometimes with no warm-up, and I get blasted by a relatively weak player. Nothing possesses me to plug though. It happened to me once on DBSZ, and I actually didn't even realize I was plugged on. I thought maybe their connection dropped
This is why I haven’t touched ranked yet. Me and my bro just do “lobby runs”. We go in a lobby and take turns beating everyone in it. Way more fun
They should implement either a 10 min maybe incremental ban from online play when they “lose connection “ or just deduct the points from whoever the server can’t ping .

The Amount of People that wouldn't put Bardock in the top 5 of best characters in sparking is insane for his utilities and supers. Also I deadass had more fun in B and A rank thank I do S. DP S ranks are all just Cheese characters (Giants, mime android, Vegitos, Pam, Roshi, Yajirobi) They climb rank by relying on people who don't know how to fight those characters and if you do know how to fight them, they NEVER stay they always alt f4.

This game's online experience has been pure AIDS for me. Ranked shouldn't even be in the game, there's no balance to begin with so I get like 1 out of every 3 people I play ragequitting because I'm beating their ass hard with Cooler despite the cheese spam and wack shit like Final Explosion.
