- This film reel showcases my journey of film over the last couple of years and finding a new passion in music production. It’s been a goal of mine to create something that from music to visuals, I can consider fully my own, all the music you hear, and visuals you see, was filmed, edited, arranged, mixed and laid out by yours truly, yet would still be nothing without the people who’ve been a part of it and worked with me along the way. From ice capped peaks of New Zealand, to the thick bush of the Amazon. From the endless plains of Mongolia, to the bustling streets in Brazil. From the sensory overloaded cities of Japan to the quiet, peaceful landscapes of my home; Hawaii. From the roaring thunder dome of concerts by the people I look up to, to the countless hours spent in the studio. From the camera, to the guitar, the tools of creation that bring the stoke to my life. I’m not the first, nor will I be the last, but nobody will put these together in the exact way that I have; and there lies its uniqueness. In that same way, we all have the ability to make something different.

I'm convinced that I'm simply a combination of the best people in my life. All of what I've learned, what I've done, where I've been, is because I've met amazing people who I've been blessed to work alongside with. And with that, an extremely special shout-out goes to the people who worked with me through all of these trips and helped make it all possible, Tom and Jeremy and the team at Beautiful Destinations, Sam Potter who's been my other half through most of these projects lol, the entire ILLENIUM team, Nick, Sean, Trevor, Dabin, Day, for allowing me to document their own unbelievable journeys and providing so much inspiration in music and life, and Annika for literally blessing this project with your gift. Besides the amazing footage and soundtrack, what I love most about this video is its pure raw footage minus all the over-done and played out transitions that take away from the video, and which to me...is not classic cinematography. This video is a masterpiece that will survive through the years and all the fads. This is timeless.

So freaking impressive -- this beautifully showcases your incredible range of talents. Everything was there... the stunning cinematic shots, the intimately personal shots of people (and animals) during your travels and around Hawaii, and the explosive concert footage. All of it set to a great soundtrack of music that effortlessly flows with your video footage and further enhances it. And I don't mean effortlessly in the sense of it being easy for you. More so, that as someone viewing the film, you can't tell what came first -- the music or the footage. It just flows together nicely. You've got a lot to be proud of. Can't wait to see what lies ahead -- keep it coming!
