Hopefully now people will encourage these vendors to use disposable gloves. Such delicious food, they shouldn't be using bare hands. Even if they increase their price by 5 or 10 rupees per plate but maintain hygiene and cleanliness it won't matter to the customers.

Bhai, I'd eat from bare hands any day than disposable gloves. As such the case, those gloves will touch more surfaces than a hand. I have already asked doctors which is usually more practicle and they always rejected disposable gloves. There are details study regarding the hygiene of street food vendors in India. Please search if you're interested. No offence.
