Thanks, again, for posting this video. Mules are the greatest for exploring open country, as my friends who lead pack trips into the Marble Mountains and other great Northern California areas would tell you. Sure-footed, indefatiguable and relatively calm, their ears let you know if you can stay relaxed or if you should be alert (they usually move them casually back n forth, not both forward or both back -- bad sign). Congratulations to Lucky, who is quite the jumper.
I used to love jumping my mule while we were walking in the woods. She'd jump over logs and puddles and even bushes! Had the feeling she just loved it.
I bought a white mule 2 gray spots & the sheriff's farm of Leadville, Colo. boarded him. I finnaly got enough money to pay the bill, drove to Leadville & the sheriff was going to let me pay up & take , but he asked me to watch him work on the farm first. 2 son's saddled up & my mule rode fence riderless herding their cattle. the mule loved his home so she stayed there.

Fritz is a good animal didn't want to hurt his handler handler was in the way that's why he waited, good boy!
