it's not an In-n-Out problem its a FAILURE TO PARENT problem. Put the blame where it belongs. If you are a parent that is concerned for the safety of your teens; then do NOT allow them to stay out all hours of the night unsupervised. The police are not babysitters.

These crime stats prove that Gilbert PD knew or should have known about the crimes at that location and they made NO arrests even when the victims reported their assaults. Why not? When it ALL comes to light, we will know the teens committing the assaults were and are being protected!
