I just found out that they readjusted the Steam Deck preset after I uploaded this. You can get slightly better performance than what was shown in this gameplay if you use the preset.

How much better? Solid 30 would be fine, but this looks unplayable honestly.

Stays at 30 to 35 when a lot is going on like police fight. Mostly 40 when none.
