I'm by no means high elo, and may not understand the game well, but I FEEL like just inting is not enough to lose a good portion of games, as enemy team just gets streaks on them, and they don't get much gold and exp from you. Instead I'd suggest to focus on this ruleset: 1) Pick toplane/midlane and a champ with a good scaling/waveclear. 2) Always force a ridiculous invade, to break chaos into the game. This will ruin your jungler's start most of the time, but they won't blame you. 3) Try to play good at first. Farm well, focus on maximizing your gold income, but remain isolated in your own lane. Killing opponent is fine too, but don't force them away from too much gold or exp (don't make them completely useless). 4) Watch for your team. By 6-7 minute mark sometimes it's already obvious that they will lose on their own. If so, just play passively or int with them. 5) If the game is even, start clearing your jungler's camps and farm empty lanes, inflate your gold. Key here is to deny your own team from as much farm as possible. 6) Don't help in teamfights. If you are present, try to collect streak gold from a fed enemy member (deny your team that gold). 7) Occasionally start silly engages to involve your team into dying and getting angry. This bit requires general behavior understanding. 8) The more resources you've stolen from your teammates, the more chance is you can just hold this game hostage until enemy team finally wins. Usually, you will have KDA and presence better than anyone of your team, so you won't even be reported, people won't even understand that you were forcing a loss. I'm using this strategy in my gold elo to deflate to silver because I'm sick of being stuck p4 all my life and not being good enough to win hard to carry through.
You have done well to describe a very safe way of deranking. Essentially 'acting' as someone who is just bad at this game. You can also play Zilean and 'play bad' i.e. never use ult to save teammates and achieve a similar result incase you do not get mid or top. The problem, that I have noticed so far, is that the lower elo you go, the harder it is to lose playing like this simply because of the fact that the enemy team cannot carry, despite literally being 4v6. Your resource thief strat is quite useful for anything above Bronze. For lower elos you should try banning out 1v9ers like Master Yi, Yasuo/Yone, Vayne (especially if you have someone on your team hovering it in champ select) as these guys will always hit no in ff and your chances of losing go lower as the game progresses. > Occasionally start silly engages to involve your team into dying and getting angry. This unironically requires some macro knowledge too as sometimes such engages might be beneficial/ net positive for your team and can actually win the game for your team.

They don't expect you to die like a retard 1 v 5 right when they get into the enemy range. I play tryndamere in my strat, so "occasionally" not pressing R in crucial moment sometimes pays off big.

I actually ran similar experiment with fresh lvl 30 account after getting frustrated of playing 25 master promotion games with troll in one team in literally every one of them. Currently 0/25 in rankeds and no ban so far. My strategy is to ban whatever someone in my team is hovering and then picking Singed jungle denying your teammates exp with proxying. Usually that's enough and I've actually received some instant feedback reports, of people getting banned when they get mad that they don't receive exp and start shouting stuff. Clearly the system isn't working.

the best methods that i have found: pick support, hover any champ and when your actually picking just pick nunu with flash ignite, so people think your legit and dont report or dodge, then during the last second before the game starts change ignite to smite, now start q and follow your jg arround, stealing every major camp with q smite combo, after level 3 or so your q will actually outdamage their smite so you dont even need to combo it anymore, if you do this every game you should easily able to get a below 10% winrate and you will never get banned if you dont type and disable chat. however that method is still very inefficient since you have to be pretty active while doing it. the absolute best method is just picking yuumi support, attaching to your jg and set up your cam to your base and disable all sounds except voices, you will only hear if your teammate dies or if your in base because they recalled so you always know when to reattatch. while doing this you can do whatever you want, watch netflix, hentai, play elden ring, whatever you want.
I prefer more using Syndra than Nunu even though they serve quite same purpose. I just like throwing enemy super minions into turrets so those minions kill them faster.

For me safest and most less likely to get banned is playing champ and role of your choice and make really dumb plays. I have ticket reported some junglers who just refused to play with a team and they even announced it in chat and they don't get banned so I think you are quite safe if you afk farm as jungler. I used to do those champion strategies but I have now just focused on making those experiment videos to see what strategies are bannable but I should do those typical trolling champions (Anivia, Bard, Trundle) strategy videos.
I dont know if this is useful but Support told me I got reported so many times in a string of games, so I dont know if they detect you based on how often you are being reported
That is useful information for me even though I have never got suspended for having too many reports even though I have had 150+ trolled game streaks. If you didn't do anything too obvious trolling I would try to appeal and ask what you did to get banned from trolling. If you want you can also play buffer games to reduce amount of reports you receive from recent games like playing some non troll games.

In league of legends I find it that game is literally built for trolling because can avoid bans easily and only players who are getting banned are those who I just trolled.

have u ever tried picking yuumi, having cosmic insight, changing to smite last second, attach to jg and smite buff all game?
