Spectrum Voicemail served off a eMTA from a Metaswitch CA 9020

This is the voicemail service I received in my area with Spectrum voice service. I am being served this POTS line from my modems eMTA, which in turn connects me to a Metaswitch. I am in the process of figuring out if the voicemail system/pilot has any correlation with the Metaswitch, or if it's an independent system. As of right now, I believe the voice messaging system is Inovative Systems.
