      @@currencyworld the 3cent coin was super interesting, I've never heard of one before let alone seen one. I'd love to have one of those, hopefully one day I'll bump into one and grab it lol ☺️☺️ as for the bruh sound, I'm not one to judge or tell anyone what to do with their videos, but I am one to tell you what I think about it. I just think that isn't your style, you seem so sweet and respectful and very clear with your explanations. It just doesn't fit with your personality. I'm sorry if it seems rude, but if you heard my voice you would know that I'm being sincere.. good night and I hope to see another video real soon...

      Hi Hidden History,
      Thank you very much for watching and I am glad you found the information helpful. The large cents are indeed among the most popular U.S. coins to collect among coin collectors. I have personally held a large cent that sold at auction for over $450,000 in a very hard to find grade. Condition is almost as important and sometimes more important as is the rarity of the coin. I look forward to hearing from you again very soon.

    I don't have any of these but man, I'd love to add some to my collection. I like the half cent & would like to see it in circulation and used. Maybe they could lower taxes by half a penny. 🤔

    • @currencyworld
      @currencyworld  3 года назад

      Hi Silver Streak,
      Thank you for watching and for being a great subscriber! Looks like you have a great RUclips channel in the works. Keep up the great work! The half cent is certainly a very interesting coin and, as mentioned in the video, it is one of the longest running denominations in U.S. history. They can be picked up on eBay relatively inexpensively in heavily circulated condition. What other coins do you collect? Do you also collect banknotes? Unfortunately, as you alluded to I do not think the coin would see much us today. People hardly stop to pick up pennies anymore as everything has become so expensive. I also tend to think prices and taxes will only continue to go up unfortunately! I hope to hear back from you very soon.
      Best regards,

      @@currencyworld You are very welcome. I enjoy your channel very much. I actually don't collect banknotes or currency mainly because I don't know much about them. I love collecting U.S. coins and silver bullion when I can. My most favorite to collect is the Morgan Dollar & Mercury Dime. I have a very small foreign coin collection which I love all the great designs & different metals. I very well remember your coin album and the fact you made your own sleeve for each coin. I still haven't gotten to start an album like that but that is still something I'd like to do. Here there is one local coin shop that opens only one day a week for like 3-4 hours. I'd love to visit there but have yet to catch him in that short span. I haven't browse much on eBay. A well circulated coin would be better than not having one at all so I really should make a point to watch a bit closer for a bargain. Thanks for the great content & I'll catch you again soon. 👍

      Hi Zoccarti,
      Thanks for watching and for the question. I myself collect coins, medals, watches, cards, and banknotes, among other things. These days I mostly collect what I personally find interesting or historically significant. As far as the coins presented in the videos I collect some American coins and banknotes but definitely not as much as I used to. I hope that answers your question. You say “worth good money” sounds good but where is the list of buyer names? It is difficult to sell coins unless you have a buyer. PCGS, eBay, etc., means nothing, I read comments allllll the time where do I sell them. It would be a good business for someone to act as a middle man who buys your coin(s) and gets a % and the person who sells it gives a %, so you profit a small % from each. Money in the Bank, now where is that guy, maybe you? Anyone like that idea?

      Thanks for watching and for sticking around! It has been a bit of a hectic year for me, and I have also been building a new RUclips film studio, which is almost ready for use, although it will take a while longer to complete. I actually shot this video back in February or March but it took a very long time to edit, with everything else going on. I hope that is reflected in the quality of the video and that the video was worth the wait! Are you a coin collector? What kinds of coins do you collect? Please consider subscribing if you have not already. I look forward to hearing from you again soon. Hopefully the next video will not take quite so long.

      Hi Benjamin,
      Thanks for watching. It is always great to hear from you my friend. Sounds like you have a great little collection. The 50 cent and $1 coins are still in use and still valid U.S. currency, but they are becoming more and more uncommon in terms of circulation. A lot of these coins are now being produced for collectors or as special release sets by the mint. Do you still need to add some of these to your collection? I look forward to hearing from you again soon.

      Unfortunately I don't have special mint coins of Usa, except few commerative coins, but would be glad to some, I do collect every coins ,
      I have paid more than 2 dollars worth of money (in terms of Indian rupees) to get 50¢ by the way. But 1$ I paid the actual cost.seems like 50¢ is very less as compared to a dollar coin.

      Hi Sue,
      Thanks for watching. I agree with you the Indian Heads coins had a great looking design. The mint should try to incorporate something similar in modern currency. The half-cent pieces indeed a very strange coins, but as mentioned in the video were actually one of the longest running denominations! What other denominations do you think we should have? Perhaps brining back the $500 bill? I look forward to hearing from you again soon. Please consider subscribing if you have not already.
