I started as a temp at Sonoco then I was quickly hired on as a normal hourly employee. After about 2 years I was promoted to process tech on the EPP side of my plant where we mainly make car parts for Toyota. I now am making more money then I ever thought I could just as a high school graduate with no college education since they are willing to train anyone for a position with no experience.
Look at those production workers... you can tell their feet hurt. Those people are made to stand for hours and hours and hours here in the 21st Century. Shame. Bet their back hurt too.
