Excellent video! Appreciate your coverage of this beautiful bike. My 2019 N1K is a beast, and I’m relatively new like yourself. Hey, does yours make an electronic “whining” sound while riding? I’m probably just paranoid. I’ve kept mine on Low power and level 3 traction control - taking it easy as I learn to tame the raw power. Keep up the excellent work, appreciate your channel.
Thank you your input! I haven’t noticed an electronic sound while actively riding, could it be the fan? I know the radiator guard has a little rattle noise when riding and even idling, it’s barely noticeable but it’s there. Even in low power mode she’s a lot of fun! Have you taken her on mountain roads yet? Thank you for watching, it’s always good to hear from you!
@@LiterFreedom definitely not the fan, very strange whirring/humming sound that doesn’t seem to be mechanical. I’m starting to get used to it so maybe it’ll just be my “new normal”! Love the bike, getting a new RK ZXW chain next week, in black. Should be a solid upgrade!
Nice ride. Dude, think about tilting your levers down, 1/4 to 1/2", the sight is making my carpel tunnel tingle. Have you tried a GSXS1000 or adventure bike? Any opinions? Stay safe man.
@@shawnmacwhinnie4481 how do you mean tilt my lever down? I have not tried an adventure bike and I assume you’re talking about the GSX1000GT+? The direct competitor for the 1000sx? If so I have not tried it personally but I’ve watched so many reviews on that bike before getting the 1000sx. They’re both so close but it seems that the Suzuki is just a bit cramped compared to the 1000sx people seem to think that the ninja is just a bit more comfortable!
Have begun watching your videos and was wondering what type of mount that you are using for your phone. I have a ‘23 model and have to use a stem mount for my phone however it partially interferes with my visibility of the dash. It looks like yours works out well for the way you have it mounted, and keeps the dash clear and unobstructed. I have not had as much luck with my local service dealer as you have. Typically whenever I go in for anything, they have at least a two week wait before they can get to it regardless of what the problem is. Keep the videos coming !
@@jdaveca wow. Did you buy your bike from A Kawasaki dealership? The ones out here have been extremely accommodating haha I’ve been flirting with the idea of getting a H2 SX but she seems so wide and I truly love my 1000sx! Video editing keeps getting better, nice job. My ecu Moore Mafia flash definitely made the bike feel different. The throttle response and top end were smooth and no drop in power until 11,500. However, there are some off throttle pops and burbles. You can hear it on a full exhaust even with silencer. Silencer like the one installed on your curremt AKRO exhaust does mute it a lot. Honestly it sounds amazing. Anyway, have you tried a 360 camera for filming?
I did notice a drop of power around 10,000RMP, like a dead zone in power…I bet the throttle just feels so much smoother after the ECU flash, I believe that’s going to be my next upgrade! The full exhaust must sound so good on this bike… Do you know if I get the ECU flashed without a full exhaust I’d have to get it flashed again in case I get a full exhaust in the future? I have not tried a 360 camera yet, I’m looking into getting one if the channel grows more!
I have the ninja 1000sx 2024. Amazed at this bike. One thing that is confusing I'm hoping to learn is which rear wheel lift to work on my bike I should buy. All the parts I need for adapters etc. If any ninja riders can comment on what they have it would be great. The bike seems to have holes built into the rear already for this but I can't seem to find the pins that are compatible etc. Please comment. Love the videos
Great question! For the rear wheel you can use 8mm Spools. There are holes right underneath the swingarm on both sides of the bike! There are some on Revzilla or Amazon for less than $10 a pair! (Woodcraft is a good brand). When it comes to the paddock I'd recommend you not cheap out because its a tool that can last you for life if you take care of it properly! Any other questions let me know, brother! Hope you subscribe for more content on this beautiful 1000sx!
Im thinking about getting this bike as my first. The 1000cc is a bit intimidating from everything I hear about them. Do you have any tips from when you first hopped on yours?
Look, I truly respected and "feared" this bike for a long time man haha, I rode her in rain mode for several months and practiced a lot around parking lots, not to mention that I rode her like a grandfather. The problem really comes after you get confortable with her, you start to feel that you can do things but in reality you don't (like pushing her on twisties)! In the end I do not regret my decision at all but I can see how people do get into trouble with this thing! Also, Im 6'2" and my legs are very strong from climbing the some of the most prominent mountains in the world, if it wasn't for that leg muscle and being able to flat foot her on both sides, this bike would have been dropped many times! Ride safe brother, take your time making the decision and 100% sit on many bikes before choosing one (if you can't test drive them). Let me know what you decide on!
@@LiterFreedom I'm definitely putting in the research into what bike I'll get first. I know I'll need a taller one because of my height "6'5" so I'm definitely keeping this one in mind. Thanks for the great response and keep up the awesome work. Love the drone work in the videos too.
Hello from Greece!!!! May I ask you how tall are you? I’m 6.2 , so you think its ok for me or the bike its too small for my height? Thank you in advance

You said 190/50 felt more stable at higher speed and you changed it to 190/55 and that the 55 changed the bike but you did not elaborate so which is better you like 50 or 55
You’re right. I’ll be working on elaborating my points better on my future videos! I feel the 190/50 is better if you’re riding on a straight line specially at fast speeds, and the 190/55 is MUCH better riding on the twisties. I mean the 190/55 makes it so much easier to lean the bike it truly felt like a different bike! I will be sticking with the 190/55 because I’m out on mountain roads often. I appreciate your input, brother!
Ok I asked the question cause I just bought a new 1000sx have not taken possession yet any you are doing great with your channel I your content look forward to future videos
Do you feel a little unstable in the corners with 50 or a little less confident or its just the bike leans and turns into the corner better with the higher profile of a 55
@@michaelsloane1034 yes sir, I remember you from my other videos! I currently have Michelin Road 6 GT (190/55) they have been amazing even on the strongest rain days. When I rode during a snow storm going downhills on a mountain road I was using Michelin Road 5 (190/50), obviously I was being extremely careful but they still kept me safe. Both tires are great, but the 190/55 truly gave me a completely different feeling on the lean of the bike compared to the 190/50! But the 190/50 gave me more of a “planted” feeling on bad weather since they aren’t as tall and have more contact with the road when riding up straight!
