THE BEST TOUR GUIDES IN DARJEELING ➡️ Adventures Unlimited, Norling Hotel Complex, 142/1, Dr. Zakir Hussain Road, Darjeeling www.adventuresunlimited.in
This was my very first trek... and it was in the Himalayas trekking to Nepal. and back. Our guides from over at Adventures Unlimited made our whole trip worth while... So many laughs, cries and food. Enjoy... because I didn't!
My first impression of Darjeeling, West Bengal was a shock. I woke up to a much larger place than I thought. The new town is pretty modern, the old town VERY traditional. Zoo's... museums... beautiful town square with views across towards Everest. We have so much to do here I can't wait to get stuck in. The Nepali food is incredible. I've definitely added Nepali Momos to my favourites list.

We are Eleise and Lawrence & Nyh - A young family from the south of England. Like many people the pandemic gave us a shake up! While watching hours of Mark Weins in Thailand - We had our “Ah ha” Moment. We decided we wanted to travel.
Enjoying working for ourselves, we didn’t want to give up our business and decided it was entirely possible for us to do both. So we set about making it our lifestyle to work in the UK for a month, and then travel for a month - month on, month off…. until our little boy Nyh goes to school! We want to inspire people that you don’t have to up-sticks, sell all your belongings and leave behind family to be able to see the world.

Lawrence, I am so happy to see you try new experiences like this. It makes you realise the world is so much more bigger than what we can ever think of. I must say you should do a Leh Ladakh trip (bike trip would be best but you need to be fitter for that). And Kashmir ofcourse since it’s beautiful 😍 Hope to see your videos from these places too. ❤

Great Vlog Brother. I was just there 2 months ago after a long time, I have roots from the highest hills from that region (Sandakpu) but staying in the States for more then 2 decades - I felt light headed when I went for a visit because of the altitudes, Those hills were my training path for when I was trying for the British Gorkhas 3 decades ago. Keep vlogging brother.

There is a small cafe adjacent to your hotel in darjeeling named tom & jerry cafe. Their chicken spicy ramen noodles is to die for in that weather. ❤
Missing Darjeeling so much. For bengalis it is a place whixh we connect emotionally.

But it’s not easy neither comfortable road trip on Himalayan road, its really traumatic apart views are great death valleys on side of narrow sloppy roads with sharp turn.
Views are great, but weather is unpredictable mostly foggy & cloudy sometimes sporadic rain. Kunchenjangha is visible from Darjeeling if weather is clear. You need patience & brave heart to enjoy Himalayan adventure.
