Jomoshop sells fake shit...thats why manufactures dont warranty their shit.
This is like you replace an aftermarket exhaust and asking Honda/Ford to warranty a new cat.
Buy a Rolex any time of the year at anywhere and they will fix their watch for a price but they will not work on fake watches for any price.

Don't buy from this seller. I just purchased 2 fragrances. One for sure is fake (YSL Paris). I sprayed it and it didn't smell right. I started doing online research and found by looking at the box and serial number that it's a fake product. The other item i can't prove if it's authentic because it was a tester. However, i had a smaller version of the perfume I purchased at Macys a few weeks prior to purchasing the item from Jomashop. They did not smell the same.
Oh noooo! Now I'm second guessing myself. That's awful. I hate to hear that this happened to you.

Jomashop uses a sale tactic called "bait and switch." They will show a watch with a price then when you proceed to checkout a caption will appear "contact for availability." One of their employees got loud and sarcastic over the phone.😂

I've used them a lot and only had great experiences with them and their customer service. I'm also really into watches and purchased quite a few from them. I can't afford Breitling even at jomashop prices, but the most expensive watch I got was a 500 dollar tissot which was perfection! Thanks for the review! Good luck with your Breitling

I have been buying from Jomashop for year's. They are great and have a huge collection of fragrances which i buy from them as a fragrances collector... i also add the shipping insurance they offer, which is great. Don't listen to people saying they "are fake". All of their fragrances are authentic!!

I purchased a Rayban sunglasses and a mini perfume on April 24. I got only the glasses on April 30 and its bend in one size. Customer service doesn’t exist and the mini perfume doesn’t have the tracking number yet. Customer service in the phone doesn’t answer .

Same experience here. I bought a luxury watch from Jomashop. I have no reason to believe that it's not the real deal.
I have made 2 purchases from Jomashop in the past couple of weeks. Prices are very cheap. The shipping is ok, not bad, but defiantly not Amazon. But I won't buy expensive Fragrances from Amazon. It took them about 2-3 days to put together the orders and about a week for shipping. So total time once I place the order until I received the order was about 10 days. Expedited shipping was available but I chose the free shipping option. The fragrances came in the original unopened packages and are the real deal. I have done a little research and what I have found out was that they are a grey market sales store. The products are real and legit, they are purchased overseas at a cheaper price and resold here at a discount and they are still able to make a profit even with the low prices. From what I understand is that there is not a manufacturers warranty, basically because the items are resold. That does not bother me with fragrances. Although if that's the case it would stop me from buying a luxury watch from them, I would want the warranty on that.

Have bought more tan 25 fragrances from them 1 Maison Margiela came broken, fragrances are real, as also their Customer Services is really bad.

I don’t know about all these negative reviews I’ve been buying perfumes for so long and my friend works for Macys we compare and they are exactly the same and not fake! And costumer service negative reviews r crazy too I’ve called so many times for sometimes package lost and they ship a new one asap so my personal review they are GREAT!

I ordered a costly necklace from them a week ago…no tracking number, no one manning their phones during office hours, and no reply to my email. Not a happy camper!

Great question. I think it's a similar model to Amazon. Combination of their own inventory (negotiated wholesale rates or overstock and the savings passed onto the customer) and private sellers who join their platform to sell products. Jomashop appears to guarantee the authenticity and quality of the products sold on their site. I've seen some bad reviews here & there but overwhelmingly positive reviews overall. They seem to respond to all critical feedback in a productive manner as well.

I purchased Burberry and Stella McCartney ladies' T-shirts from Jomashop and received counterfeit items. I own many Burberry and Stella McCartney T-shirts from Saks Fifth Avenue, so I can distinguish between authentic and counterfeit products. If something seems too good to be true, avoid it at all costs; it will only waste your time and money.

I have filed disputes with my credit card company and am returning the T-shirts today. Jomashop provided a return authorization but indicated they will deduct a return fee of around $14.00 per T-shirt from my account. Jomashop is scamming online by selling counterfeit brand names such as Burberry and Stella McCartney. So far, I have received only counterfeit items. Very disappointing.
I would of been pissed i got Carlisle and amwage 25 i got the real deal

I would say it takes about 10 days to get your items.

Jomashop is a Grey market seller, which means they are not an authorized retailer of the products they sell. The products you buy will be authentic, but the manufacturer warranty will be void. The buyer is thus reliant solely on whatever warranty Jomashop offers. And the reviews on their customer service when things go wrong are mixed at best. Some high end watch manufacturers won't even perform service on watches purchased from them. If you buy a $5k Rolex from Jomashop, do you really want them servicing it in house instead of Rolex? That's the catch. I personally wouldn't buy a watch worth more than $1k from them in case something goes wrong.

You are correct in everything you said. However, the chance something goes wrong with your Rolex or Omega or Breitling are extremely low. I'm looking at a Omega Seamaster for $6700 on Omegas website. Jomashop is selling it for $5000. I'll take my chances with Jomashop.
@@seanboogie10 In your case, I'd say it's worth the risk because your savings still exceeds the $1k it will cost to service an out of warranty Omega. So, even in the worst case scenario you still end up ahead compared to paying full retail. However, the downside is should you ever decide to sell the watch, it's secondhand market value will plummet without all original papers (which you won't get from Jomashop - they remove stuff from the box). I bought two Tissots from them without issue. But buying from them a grail watch that would otherwise typically appreciate in value with full original papers from an AD is a no-no. That stuff matters on that level.

In my opinion, it smells real. But to your point, there are some pretty amazing replicas out there. So to be fair, I don't REALLY really know. 🤷🏽♀️

Great question. I believe you can since they guarantee the authenticity of the products sold on their site. However, I've never needed to return anything personally so I'm not familiar with the process.

Jomashop is a Grey market seller, which means they are not an authorized retailer of the products they sell. The products you buy will be authentic, but the manufacturer warranty will be void. The buyer is thus reliant solely on whatever warranty Jomashop offers.
They get their stock from ADs that need to clear out slow selling or old stock and sometimes even from the manufacturers themselves for the same reason. Jomashop gets them at cost, which is really low. Watch manufacturer margins are about 20-50%. Retail markup is usually at or near 100%. That's right: that $10k Omega you see at a authorized dealer cost them $5k from the manufacturer and Omega requires them to sell it for that. Jomashop will get it from the AD or the manufacturer at that same $5k and sell it for $7500 instead of $10k because as a non-AD, they're not bound by manufacturer pricing requirements.

@JanaINJax my recommendation is to go for it. Since this video, I’ve made 2 more purchases. No issues. The shipping isn’t lightening fast but certainly worth the wait for the amount of savings.

they take like a month to recieve your mail from them. they take way too long to mail my cologne but i get it fir cheap and it’s authentic. i just hate the long ass wait.
