Mine has 7500 kilometres on it and it's just getting started, love it, use it everyday and parked my old SxS.

Put a Manual transmission, and it automatically becomes an "Anti Theft" vehicle in U.S
    hahaha loved your analogy sir..

Over the years have owned a couple of these here in India known as the MM540. Have also owned a long wheelbase version known as the Commander and an old left hand drive Willy's which Mahindra used to make in India. The Willy's is still in the family.

One of the most honest and direct review of this vehicle. not judgmental like other people who are comparing it with jeep and other offroaders

It takes a simple tune and few minor changes to make a Roxor street legal, I have been in one going down a road at 75 mph.

It's rated a UTV for legal reasons, due to licensing with Jeep.

Not just that, it would've been very hard for it to get any decent ratings for crash protection too. It has Zero crumple zones, or air bags, or any other 3 letter safety gizmo on it.

@@hussainalmubarak5347 it has a road legal version in India named thar(they don't even sell roxor here). And Mahindra is preparing to enter the market but it ran into some legal troubles with Fiat Chrysler.

@@sensei249 1) I am from India, so I know about Thar.
      2) Thar is street legal in India. Why- because you can have ZERO safety in a vehicle and it will still be street legal' Like the auto rickshaws or Nano.
      3) The Mahendra's found a niche market and they are exploiting it - side by side market did not have anything like a Roxor.
I am not saying it is a bad vehicle mechanically, just that the requirements for being street legal are different in India and the US (even though different states have different requirements). The Roxor is playing to it's strengths in the market the Mahendras have chosen.

It looks cute, and seems rather versatile. Can handle off-roading similar to a UTV/ATV, but it drives more like a jeep, and it's got great towing capability. In a way, it almost seems like its own kind of crossover. I've seen some vids where people have put monster tires on it, to make it look more dramatic, and yet its torque can handle them. Just keep a little sporty roadster for the roads, and keep this for off-road.
