Solo Snorkel Adventure No. 1 | I SAW A SEA TURTLE | La Jolla, CA

Helloooo, Paige here. My dive buddy got surgery on his nose and was down and out for a few weeks, so I went on some solo snorkel adventures at the Marine Room in La Jolla, California. This is the first one in a series I will be posting, so please stay tuned! (& subscribe :p )
It was my first time seeing a sea turtle in San Diego and second time ever (first time was in Hawaii). They are one of my favorite animals, so it was super exciting to see one! A very nice gentleman alerted me to the sea turtle in the water, so thanks dude!
I also saw a decent sized stingray, a few leopard sharks (also super cool!), schools of opal eye and juvenile yellowtail.
Unfortunately, I brought the wrong GoPro battery that sucks and it died really quickly. I ended up swimming over to the caves and snorkeling over there where I saw a sea lion asleep in one of the caves - so cute!
