In an era where bloodsheds and mass action is only what is required, I hope another 'Jaane tu Ya Jaane na' kinda film releases. I guess not anymore. I mean, warm and wholesome are the last things a producer expects will earn him/her profit in Bollywood now.
I was thinking exactly this. Yes, movies nowadays have some wonderful qualities that movies in the past lacked, but really missing these super wholesome ones.
It’s also because of audience as well… films like jab we met won’t do well in today’s time… people give more love to action packed films these days… I wish we give more love and appreciation to such films so that we can see more of it ❤

It wasn't like Meghna was crazy, she just tried to escape the trauma of her parents' broken marriage and her disastrous family situation by making up stories and pretending to stay oblivious, thinking maybe that would help her escape reality and live in a fantasy world, clearly going through that trauma every single day herself. She was an immensely sweet and gentle girl who deserved every ounce of love and respect, something which she never saw in her own family.
This movie was one those rare teen rom/drama/com in hindi that had all the tropes we love as teens. It was our generation's Jo Jeeta Woh Sikandar. Never gets old.

This is a cool movie and it became very popular when it came out.. Although the story was predictable and nothing sensational happen but sometimes we just need some warm and simple stories.. Imran became the soft boy crush of many ,considered a future star but sadly faded away very soon.. Genelia will forever be cutie no matter how much she grows up.. Can't believe it's been so many years and she is still the same.. This movie was spread as debut of both these actors in bollywood but genelia debuted in bollywood years before this movie with "tujhe meri kasam" With her real life husband ritesh deshmukh.. That is also a heartwarming similar story with besties to love troop.. The difference being in this movie couple is shown young but in tujhe meri kasam they were literally teens 😂

You should react to some of his other rom coms specially "I hate love stories" made by Karan Johar and "Mere Brother ki Dulhan" by Yashraj!
