13:47 I can vaguely remember encountering such a bug a few wipes back, where you could "stack" flashlight brightness. I can´t really recall how I got it to work but it made my little cheapo flashlight shine brighter as the sun. It seems that bug is still around.

yeahh parts and ammo is whats costs you money if i may give a tip i would get good with a shotgun the mp-153 is the best budget shotgun in the game you can buy it off jeager you maybe spend 50k total for gun and parts and if you have some ap-20 ammo crafted that shotgun basically becomes a .50 cal sniper rifle i shoot people one shot over 2 300 meters in the thorax its the perfect gun for when you low on money or saving up

There is absolutely no way in today's political climate that gta6 ends up being a good game. It's going to be as neutered and cringe as the newest saints row was. And that's on top of it just having terrible mechanics and plays like shit. I mean, the developers have already commented on how the game "needs to be updated for a modern audience". Which always ends up meaning that it will not have anything in it that made 1-4 good games.
