Bard-Illaoi was kind of premade deck where Bard was a boon engine and Bilgewater a draw engine. I think this might be that desired Norra-portal deck rather than Norra-control. Also Bilgewater has all those synergy points like spawn, marai warden, kegs or double trouble (idk if they're rotated).
Man i miss playing the game... Theres a bug where people get stuck on the loading screen FOREVER and they have a fix but they say they're only releasing it next patch... Imagine having all these changes with the new players coming from the League button and they can't play the goddam game for like a month. They need to release the fix ASAP this is not okay

Best fix is going on the Riot website and logging out everywhere. Then you can open and log in and play. Make sure to press log out when exiting so you don't have to visit the website every time

Yasuo with the right powers is definitely busted,i beated lissandra with him at star power 2,you need to play perfectly tho,and getting lucky with the various upgrades,but the all "6star power" on him seems overkill imho
that annie fortune deck gave me an idea ... Annie Volibear and you give the ravenloft tome to volibear each time he attacks he uses his lightning 6 times instead of 3 dunno if you could make it an Jhin/voli deck and still grab the ravenloft tome
It would have to be Annie Voli, but also I don’t really think that’d work just because you’re gonna get the bear pretty late, and usually Annie kills early so you’re either building into volibear, in which case there’s better pairings for him like Liss or ed, or you’re building more for Annie, in which case you’re never gonna see this combo because she goes pretty aggro

I once got in a run that Ive had almost endless 0 mana singular wills because of slow but steady power and shuffle 2 copies of me into ur deck and when Im played draw 1 on singular will. Ive had no blockers and ai had an elusive 88 attack watcher. After like 35 or 40 recalls when I almost ran out of singular wills for that round he decided not to play the watcher and skipped the turn. Ive also had the when im played grant the top unit in your deck +6 +6 so I draw a 201 200 yasuo that round :) I would love to send you the screenshots of the game man
ok hear me out new keyword "pacifist" as long as Im damaged I have formidable cheap cards with high hp for example : 2 cost 0/5 temple monk region - ionia pacifist cards are often found in targon demacia ionia a few in shurima what they all have in common is cheap cards with high hp they may have other abilities too such as tough or even titled abilities such as I deal double the damage to nexus etc. what do you think I think its a cool concept that could bring action again .The problem is if you dont damage them they wont damage anything and it would work really good witk tarkaz / vlad

I think LoR can put a unique effect like a "defense" effect. It's an opposite "attack" effect. It can trigger only when a a card play when do defense
