Abaqus - Conduction and Convection of Heat Transfer setup using HyperMesh

Is the Upper the convection term? Is that natural convection into the 23C?
How would you change this to model UPPER as adiabatic? Flux = 0?

I used kelvin system.
I think it will be. Try it in different ways.
