Have an unusual issue. Prayer is my biggest failure. I do not have ability to express myself in a meaningful way. This is what I need to change - to receive ability to speak with God with reality. At one time long ago I used to experience the Lord as real. Also I am under weight.

For 21 days fast , without food or water ? Or liquids are essential ?

How do you do it if you have a medical condition? If you don't receive any food you will be shaking and you can even pass out?☹️😞

I am Diabetic , God knows our hearts . I may fast for shorter periods and dedicate those 4-5 hours of fasting in praying or doing good work / God’s work . I did try fasting for more hours but I took liquids like water , coconut water , or drink with nutrients .
But you must take medical advice and you yourself know your medical condition if you are able to or not .
