Good choice, cleaning the keyboards with alcohol. That Corsair keyboard looks like new (RIP logo, though), and the Q-Pad unit isn't half bad all tidied up. The cable management is nice and neat, too. Thumbs up all around.
To hopefully avoid the problems you had with cleaning with alcohol, dilute to 50%, be sure to use distilled water. It will take longer to evaporate, but it shouldn't leave any residue that will fuck with electronics, just make sure to let them dry for a couple hours. Also don't be afraid of the spacebar Robbaz! That's a mechanical keyboard, the spacebar prop that they use now is basically just three of those plus shaped pegs, you can't break your spacebar by removing it anymore (thank god)
