Pritong Galunggong (mackerel scad) or GG is a traditional filipino fish dish, usually served at breakfast and dinner together with salted egg and tomato side dish.
Ingredients:
1kl Galunggong (about 12 pcs - washed and cleaned)
1 cup Corn Starch
Himalayan Pink Salt
Ground Mixed Peppercorn
Cooking Oil
2 cloves Garlic (peeled)
2 Bayleaf
Side Dish:
4 Tomatoes (seeded and sliced)
1 Red Onion (peeled and sliced)
2 Green Mangoes (peeled and sliced)
2 Salted Egg (shelled and slice)
*Mix until well combined.
Dipping Sauce:
3 pcs Calamansi (squeezed)
2 red Chili (chopped)
4 tbsp (Soy Sauce)
*Mix until well combined.
