Hey Zikk , Wow those words are really a great motivation for me to keep this channel , i'm so happy that you out there find my work helping and see this channel as an inspiration source , i really appreciate it man , and the best is yet to come
Hello! Great video! Do you usually sketch these out first or do you just go with what comes to mind? I'd love to see your sketching process. Also you're really great at creating colour harmony, do you pick those as you go as well? I see you have the swatch ready to go.
Hello, thanks Nicole. Sketching is an important part in designing these illustrations, I usually sketch all my illustrations before I start, but sometimes due repeating the process 3 times to craft a design before I put it on youtube, i end up memorizing it and not using it in the recorded video. for colors, I usually search a bit on dribbble first, to find some good colors or use adobe color, but I must admit that colors are always the hard part of any design. ps: sometimes I'm not satisfied at all with the colors but after adding details and "shading & highlighting" the colors start to pop more.
The Simple Designers hey thanks for the reply! I get what you mean, your illustrations are really good, I can see the hard work! But if you ever consider including the sketching process that'd be awesome, cause I'd love to see how you compose them. I'm a happy subscriber for awesome contents like these :D keep up the good work!
thanks, bud, I really appreciate that. I will do my best to spice these videos a lil bit and indeed adding sketching would be a nice thing. again thanks for subscribing
The Simple Designers I get that your intention was only to show technique. I only said because it seems every other vector artist creates the same videos... can you do a video addressing my first comment. One that enables a person to create their own vector work

totally agree with you , the point of making this videos is to show you the techniques i use :)
The Simple Designers I get that your intention was only to show technique. I only said because it seems every other vector artist creates the same videos... can you do a video addressing my first comment. One that enables a person to create their own vector work
