- The incredible ending to Hunt Down The Freeman.
A Christopher Nolan Film.
Inspired by Big Guy's video titled:
The Protagonist Devoid of Hue Elevates Prologue Bane cia
• The Protagonist Devoid...
If all of the cutscenes were like this, I would actually appreciate them, and not just in a funny way.
"The painting you see is unfinished and the shades of red overwhelm the image" is my favorite part.
YOU LEFT MY COUNTENANCE FOREVER RUPTURED AND CRACKED
Now we need a Shakespearean version.
That feel when RUclipsrs do your material more justice than you.

I mean he did but he didn't deserve this murder, and Mitchell is an awful man himself for it. His leadership getting men killed in conflict is absolutely tragic, but he felt no remorse or apprehension in killing this man, a being just like his own soldiers, who he directly murders.
Yeah he "rescued" people and used them form his own personal expendable military force which backed up his misguided quest for revenge. I think discovering he was just a big, ridiculous distraction for Freeman bruised his ego.
Adam was working to the same plan, and he possibly told everyone Mitchell was dead because that was the predicted end-game. Mitchell wasn't supposed to survive the escape.
I can imagine in a hypothetical sequel he'll be charging up to Freeman and being like "Hey I'm the guy who helped you out, I made the Combine come after me as well, I'm important. Please acknowledge me. I have a very large boat."
oh yeah absolutely. he seems like an awful soldier, shouldn't have been able to become a marine. he's a very impressionable and miserable guy by his own decision and fault, but he tries to make those who are aware of this fact suffer: he hates himself, so he hates others that remind him of that.
he's also a psychopath and a thug making everything about himself, never taking responsibility for the death and murder he causes for this ridiculous revenge scheme which is supposed to make him feel better about himself. a loser in every way.
Adam and Mitchell's deep and multi-layered relationship compellingly contextualizes the rest of the experience; making it truly memorable.
this game has so many layers it's like an onion of story, all with meaning beyond the literal interpretation of these events.
In brief, you fucked up my face
*Ready or Not, Go find Gordon Freeman!*
Sorry son, you need to continue your own story. Mitchell really forgotten you though.
[ now this is the true ending ]
It's weird, but somehow this dialogue feels a lot more organic and well written. If it was highly modified into more normal-ish dialogue, it could fix this encounter entirely.

you missed out this part where Mitchell screams Adam.
Maybe I'll be on the writing staff for the sequel XD
Damn! Good spot!
FrostUK You should of been on the team, taking control of the writing and story telling.
