The vault is about duck tales,when the dragon broke into Scrooge’s money vault.the drag on was summoned by a gong.(I love duck tales)the dragon skull is when it turned into stone.
Helpful *SPOILER* on the parkour with the building... Don't read if you don't like spoilers, please and thank you! You can reach the one roof through the stairs... Jump over to the windowsill and go around side of the building, to climb in through the window. Once inside, find your way to the staircase and climb to the top. At the top of the stairs you will find a small area that has two doors. Walk through the first door only and avoid the second door. after going though the first door, you will find a ladder to your left. At the top of the ladder you will find a small room with a hidden set of stairs. Those stair will lead you to the roof. From the roof you can jump to the helicopter, then the crane ... This video will show you where to go from there. I really hope this was helpful! *;-)*
