Find your coziest blanket, pillows, and plushies
Drink some non-caffeinated tea or other beverage 🍵
Read some in your book
Give yourself permission to have "you" time
Write in a journal. Here are some suggestions❤️:
Write down or think about what you accomplished today. It can be as simple as taking a shower, feeding your pets, or even feeding yourself! 🥘 You deserve to nourish yourself.
Write down what you need to accomplish tomorrow. This can give order to your life and let your mind rest about worries because you have put faith in your future self.
Write down positive things about yourself, things you are grateful for, and/or vent out some of your pain and frustration.
Write down your goals, both long-term and short-term.

Take some time to pray, meditate and/or reflect on your higher self
Relax your body and let yourself just be.
