To access the advanced sizing you must click on the panel on the right hand side of the screen, select an element on your screen for the menu options to appear. Next to size, there are three small dots, click this and toggle on advanced sizing

can’t i change the width of a single section?
Yes - You would add padding to each end of the section, which would control the width compared to the width of the whole page/site.
Not being able to turn on advanced sizing for the entire site is driving me back to Editor X, haha.
