No shit. He's a heavyweight kickboxer.
Ian Armstrong but no ko power. 14 ko compared to 95 from badr
@@badrhari8846 fake record tho
Badr Hari like he said in the podcast its nowhere to find the fights he said he had
I’m surprised Joe didn’t ask the numbers for his hog.
Should rename this episode to JRE MMA SHOW #71 with a talking rhinoceros based on the thumbnail. Fuckin hell he's a giant.
I miss so much the good old K1 days in Japan with so much legendary fighters on shit loads of steroids. Glory is not even close... UFC is good, but pyramid tournaments were just epic..
That's true
Imagine Peter Aerts fought 3 fights at 1 night with 2 broken hands!!! pyramid tournaments are crazy.
Dont we all...
K1 was the shit. Ernesto hoost remi bonjaski Crocop peter aerts mousasi it was amazing. Lot more ko's for my feeling.
Uhm Steroids ain't good tho 😂
Imagine living in the Roman Empire and a bunch of dudes built like this guy invade your town and take your women
Yep it happened
Could you imagine what Goliath would have done in the ancient days.
Can’t beat em join em😉
If i found my girl in bed with him i couldnt in good faith stay mad with her. An upgrade is an upgrade 😂

Joe: "How does Badr Har trains hs body"
Rico: "....."
Bahaha. Badr lose again!!!

@@garrettjansen2349 But tbh Hari was winning until he broke his ankle on Rico's head
@@yugarten8523 Not breaking your ankle is pretty essential if you do not want to lose your fight. It's like saying if I was not knocked out I would win on points. To be honest getting hurt by your own kick is kinda of a rooky mistake.
Joe: "The one I have here is huge..."
Rico: "But you're so small !"
Are they still talking about the flotation tank ? x)
When you have rico on the podcast but get a Badr Hari interview 😂😂😂😂
That’s how humble he is.. badr would only say “ I’m the best ever” 20 times. Haha
I‘m German and i‘m always jealous how good the Dutch speak English 😔
Leglocks Don‘t work I’ve been to that movie theme park in Germany: hallo!! Ich bin Mel Gibson! Aus hollywood.... 🤣🤣👌🏻

Guest suggestion: Johnny Knoxville
And the entire family from The Wild Whites of West Virginia documentary Knoxville did.
Ben Geurden yea he’s alive he does small little movie roles from time to time but he just chills out now I think it would be awesome to have him on since jackass was so popular and Knoxville has not only been all over the world but he’s done all the weird shit nobody talks about that happens all over the world
Jeremy wade!!!
The Undertaker
Would be great to see him with Stive O
54:00 The way Hogan asked him, "You eat horse meat!?👀" And Rico started getting jumpy then Joe was laughing like "yeeeaaah"😂😂
This dude and GSP are very similar in mindset. VERY focused, everything in life is around the fight.
Also both really Professional
Anyone else think youtube is messing with Joe’s broadcast by not showing notifications.. they cant keep him down but still something is different
didnt get a notification aswell and didnt show in the wall/page
It's not live anymore , if you mean just none at all idk I got one
I got a notification
No shit I have to look for his podcast post no more notifications for 2 weeks
I never get notified of joe anymore. I have to search for him, even though I watch him every day. But the Puppy grooming video I clicked on in January keeps my feed full. Hmmmmm.
Joe "I like elbows" Rogan
Joe "Cuts are nasty" Rogan
Everyone likes elbows unless you are at the receiving end.
Everything in life happens for a reason. ~Rico Verhoeven 2019~
came here after seeing the dead leg challenge with rico and eddie h.
Another fight companion. Hell yea. I work the nightshift and Joe's podcast especially these fight companions get me through it. JRE has been a huge inspiration for me, so much so my roommate and I decided to start up our own podcast on this channel. If anyone's passing through the comments here I hope you'll check it out and hit subscribe. We're really busting our ass trying to learn and get it off the ground.
Good luck to you
@Auto blipper awww poor guy. Get off the roids bro. Your anger is showing.

Hey Joe look up Wes Watson. A survivor from 10 tough years in prison but he got out and is a fitness instructor. He's got real stories and knowledge. He would be a great guest for your podcast.
Yes man!
Would love to see Wes Watson on Joe rogan. Legendary episode
First he'll check joe's paperwork
Polite calm Dutch guy against a narcissistic aggro Moroccan.
Welcome to the Netherlands.
Badr Hari is like the Moroccan McGregor, behavior wise.

I would have never thought that fighting is bigger in Europe than here in the states. Learned something new tonight.
E.T. weird correlation. Lived in Germany for a few years, Europe isn’t its history.
fabi_87 Yeah, my buddy from Grad-school moved back after he finished school. That’s not what he talks about as the big market or draw there.
Depends what kind of fighting. MMA is big in America, boxing is getting big again. Kickboxing is big in Europe and Japan, boxing is huge in Europe (especially London and Russia right now) and Japan. Muay Thai is big in Thailand/Asian countries.
Because you Americans always think you're the best of anything 🤷
It's MASSIVE in Europe. 90% of the guys I know practice some form of martial art/fighting
I would love to see Rico Verhoeven in the UFC Heavyweight division.

Fun fact: Alistair Overeem was a commentator during Rico and Badi's last fight, and pointed out the knee that dislocated Badi's shoulder.
Hahahah badi
Lol that knee did nutt'in... Badr was looking for a way out... 🤥
@@Atrayne89 I would agree. His shoulder probably sparked with pain, and he used it as his ticket out. It was hurt, but was it fight ending hurt? Probably not. He's just aged past his prime, and Rico is the tip of the pyramid
@@SmithCommaBenjamin dude, badr was winning the match. Did you even watch it?

I thought Rico was American, until he pronounced that venue in the Netherlands.
It's not to crazy to think that but, Americans are more closer to Dutch then the Dutch is to the Americans. New York(amsterdam)was ours and without the invention off capitalism there would probally no USA like we know today.
@@newjones1754 I second that.
Laurens Sipahelut its kind of true, the Netherlands was a very rich and influential country back in the day but these day the dutch steal everything from the Americans but a lot of thing that people think is typical American is actually from the Netherlands.

Go watch badr hari thats a madman
Me too, only few days ago. I was an instant fan! I am so tickled....thank you so much Joe n Jamie for putting it up quickly!
Rico is a great fighter, but Badr is Just legendary. Just watch a Rico Verhoeven highlights video then a Badr Hari highlights video. Your welcome
MDUB_1ER bad man ? Watch saki, badr 95 ko, those are bad mans ! Rico is a bum. Lost to old k1 fighters. Glory level in heavyweight is low these days
StrangeDeimos hari 120 fights 110 win, rico 60 fight 10 losses. Hari fought in k1 high level, rico in glory low level competition. So stfu casual
Sweet. I never understood why Glory isn't as big as the UFC...
It's basically what most casual ufc fans want to watch
Makes no sense. Casuals hate clinches and ground work so you would think it would cater to those.
Simple case of UFC got their first... Glory is what casuals want UFC to be, but UFC is the established brand and as long as you have a little bit sprinkled in they stay loyal.
The fact that they fight in europe/ asia a lot doesn't help either, a lot of their big cards happen on a saturday at around 2 in the afternoon eastern time
They dont have a good tv deal in the U.S.A
Representing the Dutch, I love it!
The look on toe rogans face when rico said toe rogan was small. 😂😂😂
Toe rogans🧐
Hey joe, invite tyrone spong 😊 the man s legend, his muay thai was spectacular. He s still a humble warrior working hard.
UFC should create a Super Heavyweight division just for Rico.

Milan van Eijk come on. He is Dutch but he is one of the most boring kickboxing champions I have seen.
It is hilarious whenever Joe mentions the sauna studies. He shuffles between every other Nordic country, except the correct one.
By now im convinced he doesn't know Finland is a country that exists lmao.

Good to see a fellow dutchman on the show joe ✌
Shame this one was a bit short but im smelling a opportunity here.... Do it UFC, just offer him the cash. He's playing hard to get, he hasnt been training like grappling for 2/3 years. He's been grappling for almost 10 years from what i know. He entered the Dutch Nationals for grappling multiple times, been training with Mousasi a lot and Overeem used to bring him in on camps etc etc. Rico is being very modest about his grappling skills.
