Also, "Oni ni Kanabo!" Is just a expression that means basically "you must give the right weapon to whom would use it better." And Oni Sister's standby is "Fuku wa Uchi! Oni mo Uchi!", That means "luck is close, the Oni is also close". This is a reference to a festival song that goes: "Oni wa Soto, Fuku wa Uchi!" Or "the Oni are away, and luck is close."
I think the reason the announcer is so over the top is, and forgive me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure the Legend of Momotaro is a story very often retold in Kabuki theater, which is known for its VERY over the top acting and crazy costumes. That's why the announcers inflections are so dragged out and you have the sounds of those drums at the end of his announcements

Because since ToQger they have focused on the sale and marketing of toys (Lupinranger vs Patoranger had at least one deep plot with toys), that's why the morphers in the series look more like toys than "morphers" themselves.
