    A simple way to lose weight is:
    0. Drink warm water with lemon after waking up in the early morning on an empty stomach
    1. Cut sugar completely from diet or any form (no sweets, desserts, tea, cold drink, or ice cream.)
    2. Must have breakfast and afterwards only water no meal till 1 PM.
    3. Have lunch without Ghee butter and excess carbs.
    4. Dinner must have between 8 to 9 PM
    5. Avoid refined flour (maida) in any form and excess oil in food and processed food like chips, burgers, momos, and pizza.
    6. Most importantly -Exercise to lose weight.
    The result can be seen within 45 Days.

    I am always worried about my health basically My Belly Fat but now after watching your video i am following your instruction as in daily routine.       No. Use food mixer to prepare your food . Add small amount of Cows Ghee in a mixture .
      Use prepared food like Roti - Subzi and use mixture to churn then take diet with spoon and break your diet into 8-10 portions

    Whatever u said as a doctor can b right but not 100% right for everyone,
    I have few people in my family those who eat every high calorie food stuff still r fit and fine
    In mine case I go with all scientific suggestions of avoiding salt avoiding sugar avoiding high calorie food stuff and drinking lots of water result in psychological disorder. As lots of minerals gets washed away from body due to high consumption of water.
    Hence unless u have any disorder pls continue ur daily diet and start physical exercise
    One labour is always fit and fine by having all kinds of food stuff

      That's the brown fat my brother, some lucky peoples have it ..they will eat everything,,even lots of sweets and fat but belly will be like slate.And people with high BMR also tends to have flat belly.
      Those having belly fat in excess should follow the video,,and include exercise and stress free lifestyle also

    I am following my all diet.
    And doing exercises for 1 hours daily but then then also my weight is not lossing and I am getting weight gain.
