Some bullshit placing the outlet over the tire. Powder coat on their recent hardware is a joke as well.

At 1:10 you dripped a drop... At 1:16 you say you haven't dripped one drop yet, lol.

Thanks for taking the time for this. I have a Power Max 724 OE. Saw somewhere you take the wheel off the oil spout side so it leans. Good idea until it's a couple of years old, you don't have a wheel puller and the wheel is stuck on the axle. Love this machine.

You should put anti seize on the drive axle every year. No issues taking the wheels off.

I'd tilt the machine and put a 2x4 under the lift side. Seems a liddl; easier.

Thanks. I just got a Toro Power Max, and when I saw the oil discharge spot was right over the wheel, I was sure of the best was to handle it. The milk jug is a good idea, though when the time come for an oil change ( I have only run the blower once so far ) I hop can can jury-rig some some way to capture all the oil without having to be bent over or crouched down the entire time. However, it is good to know the milk jug fits.

I've always been baffled why Toro puts the drain tube on the side. Even with the old Tecumseh Engines they did that and that engine could be ordered with it coming out the back as every other snowblower manufacturer did at the time. I think the only one Turtle has with the tube sticking out the back is the single stage model with the personal pace system as the engine is actually turned on its side.

4 cycle, Yea, but what about a Toro 2 cycle single stage. Seems to be no crankcase drain.

hey been looking up videos because we just had our first snow and my snowblower stopped working. I'm gonna give her an oil change and a new spark plug but I was concerned when I took the spark plug off inside the hole was what looked like a bunch of black junk build up. is everything gonna be okay when I change the spark plug and oil or am I gonna have to learn some snowblower heart surgery and dismantle the engine and carb for a deep cleaning?
